I have to say I am quite disappointed with the service and COVID protocols in place at this Nandos location. According to the BC government website, when vaccine passports are being checked, employees are required to check a government ID as well to verify identity. This did not happen when I went out to eat here earlier today with my friend. I brought it up to our server and she said she didn't know what I was talking about. This is concerning for those who have taken this pandemic seriously and want to continue dining out safely. In addition, we were not checked up on at all once our food was brought out, and the portion of perinaise that we paid for was half of what is supposed to be given out. These small things would usually not bother me but I used to work at different Nandos location a few years back and it is sad to see employees not caring about the service they provide to customers as well as not following standard operating procedure with portion sizes. I attached a picture of the perinaise for reference.

This is an older Nando’s location but the service and food is wonderful. Been here a few times now and have not been disappointed. It is pretty central and accessible, road parking is a little limited but I have always been able to find a spot. Sure we will be back as soon as a opportunity presents its self.

Worst place to eat , we ordered via uber eats on Aug 29 around 7:30 pm. Posting the review right away cause don’t wanna give bad review for driver in uber . A whole chicken, grilled livers , peri fries. No sauce was added on livers and chicken. Both are dry and tasteless. We ordered peri fries we just got plain fries. Not ordering again from here and definitely would not recommend. Zero rating from me

I went to have dinner with my family yesterday and it was great the staff was kind and patient. I actually lost my phone in the bathroom and a very kind patron lady gave it to the staff and they returned it. I didn't know how to thank them enough! Overall great experience. Thank you all very much for everything! Much ❤ to you guys. The food was delicious!!!!

Just ordered Ceasars salad was terrible tasting.. had no dressing no parmesan cheese.. lettuce was not fresh.. and I had ordered for hot chicken along with it but they gave me extra hot.. terrible service and terrible tasting food.. have had good experience before from here but very disappointed in my recent purchase

Unbelievably bad food I had Nando’s in many cities and counties nothing like this , salad tasted bad and rotten chicken lever was not cooked even the rice tasted as if it was never washed or they used bad water to cook it, it’s a shame that they call this Nando’s

This Nando's location needs a lot of cleanup, all the booth seat covers are torn completely it made us very comfortable while sitting especially in the last back booths. I am surprised nobody has ever mentioned this before. The whole chicken we had ordered was cold and did not look at all appetizing!. Was not at all satisfied! The service was okay too not really impressed! Just because it is on our way we stopped there!
I can make a better chicken sandwich and a caesar salad. The salad should always be crispy. Hopefully they will put more love during the preperation of their food.

It's ok not my first choice. I prefer to go to Metro town location sinced they are friendlier and service has been always good in Metrotown. ( I've going their sinced 2006) This location has the same quality as any Nando's but I don't like much their customer service. Especially the cashier who has long nails she seems to not like working their at all.
