We are hunting biang Biang noddles in the metro Vancouver, so feel excited to find one nearby. The noodles met our expectations, but the whole bowl was way oilier than what we had had from the different restaurants, and my husband’s stomach felt upset after that. When we finished the food, an inch of oil was left in our bowl. The burger tasted plain.Good thing they take credit card if you purchase more than $15.

Was amazing portion size! One of the best I've ever had on uber eats, loaded with flavour. I will be sure to visit their physical location.

This restaurant is a hit or miss for me. Ordered online and in person. I have tried many dishes here. Sweet & Sour Pork, hot & sour pork with rice, cumin lamb noodles, spicy oil noodles with tomato and egg… the list goes on…21st Nov, whoever cooked was great. But 22Nov, the food was sub-par and the sweet and sour pork was only sweet. So, Kudos to the chef who can cook and do better to the chef that cannot. The only reason I keep going here is they got hand pulled noodles and it hits the spot… sometimes… it’s like a coin toss..

Although the parking can be challenging, this place is worth visiting! We had the biang-biang spicy hot oil noodles with braised beef, and it was THAT good we still thinking about it weeks later. The noodle was perfectly cooked for chewiness, the serving amount for the beef was generous and it was tender, got the right flavour throughout. The staff was courteous and helped and answered our questions. The portion was big and I had to take the rest home for dinner! We tried the crispy sweet, sour, and spicy chicken and that was excellent too. The chicken was juicy and the sauce was very tasty. Looking forward to try different things on our next visit

I wouldn't usually eat somewhere with less than 4 stars but the negative reviews seemed to be mostly about the service and attitude of the employees, which I can overlook if the food is good. I ordered the pita bread soaked in lamb soup and the pork burger. The pork burger was fine, but nothing special in terms of the flavour. Some parts of the meat were a bit fatty which was a bit of a turn off. I've had better burgers elsewhere. The soup was disappointing. It lacked seasoning and the pieces of meat were fairly low quality. Lots of fatty, grissly bits, pieces of cartilage, etc. I've tried this dish in Xi'an before, so I had some high expectations which were not met at this visit. Not sure if I am willing to try this place again as there are other places that have better food.

Located on the second floor food court inside Crystal mall. If you’re looking for hand pulled noodles in hot spicy oil. You may want to try this place. We also tried they are mushroom pork shumai, didn’t like it too much. Mostly filled with sticky rice than meat. But some people may like this type of shumai. I prefer the Chinese burgers or noodle dishes.

My friend went here and showed the pics so I had to try it out. This place is delicious and definitely something you should try if you’re in Vancouver. I had the cumin lamb with noodles and house vegetables which was delicious bok choy. The food was so flavorful and cumin wasn’t overpowering. If you don’t like the taste of cumin, I wouldn’t get it. I would love to come back and try more things. It’s also affordable.

My favourite spot in Crystal Mall. Hand pulled noodles are the best around. Tried them once and haven’t looked back since.

great pita bread in stewed lamb soup! the soup is thick, tasty and very authentic. and you know there’s lots of time to put into their soup base. their “burgers” are also tasty and juicy and you will know they put efforts into their stews. their price are very competitive. highly recommended & will come again.

They food is good if you can actually get it. This place is service very unreliable. You will end up wasting your time. The food is in stock one minute then out of stock the other. They will cancel your order for no reason. They never pick up their phone. They don't respond to Uber. No wonder they have a 3 star google rating. You have been warned. Maybe dine in is a better experience.

During my recent visit to Old Xian's in Crystal Mall, I was excited to try their famous Spicy Cumin Lamb Burger, a take on the traditional Rou Jia Mo sandwich from Shanxi province in China. The handmade bun was filled with spicy cumin lamb that was cooked to perfection with a blend of garlic, chili, and other spices. The flavors were well-balanced, and the lamb was succulent and tender.I was impressed with the quality of the burger, which was evident from the first bite. The bun was light and fluffy, and the meat was fresh and aromatic. The spot was busy, with a fair lineup, but the wait time was reasonable, and I received my order within 10 minutes. The service at Old Xian's was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a unique dining experience, I highly recommend Old Xian's Food. The Spicy Cumin Lamb Burger is a must-try and is a perfect representation of the restaurant's dedication to quality ingredients and excellent service. Even with a fair lineup, the wait time was only around 10 minutes, making it a great option for those who are short on time. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Old Xian's and would gladly return.
