I was a regular at Panago, but this location messed up their online ordering system so many times, I'm actually not able to order from Panago to my place since I cab't choose which location it gets delivered from.

Worst experience with online ordering. I order almost every 2 weeks through uber and have been receiving wrong orders lately. It’s really frustrating to have a wrong order specially when you’re waiting and famished. Wouldn’t recommend online ordering.

Rude front counter takeaway. The individual at the counter berated us saying we should say we wanted a combo up front even though we did say it first. Then they proceeded to blame and did not even repeat the order back at the end even though they had difficulty hearing through the plexiglass barrier. Dip for party mix combo was not provided. Burnt toppings as well.

Tried a few times. 20 minutes late on average. Forgot dipping sauce 2/3 times. Brought the incorrect pizza once. You're better off with a take n' bake pizza from Save-On-Foods next door.
