the cleanliness is not exactly the best, and the lady who takes the orders is not nice at alland the food does not taste like traditional Greek foodpita bread is actually bread with oilthe sauce is cheap yogurt with spicesthe lamb tastes oldI've been to many Greek restaurants, but I've never seen anything like this.. so cold and deserted, considering that Greeks are super lively people

I like this Greek restaurant a lot. I think it is a labor of love for the owner. Nicely decorated inside, clean. Food is good. I try to visit when I'm on this side of town.

This place was not only cringe, the food was horrible not fresh over salted. Their Greek salad had no olives and he said because people complained they had this house special original sauce that was horrific and the potatoes tasted like they’ve been in the fridge for a week. What a waste of $35 even the cups that they use are plastic and nasty

Ordered take out- chicken kebab. The food quality is fine. You get a fair amount of rice, one large kebab, and half of a potato. Small side greek salad that tasted a bit strange. No pita bread. The plate costs $16 plus taxes. The value is fine for what you get but I wouldn't order from here too often.

Love coming here. The owners are a sweet wonderful family. The quality is always great and has remained the same for years. I'd rather come here and get dinner for a birthday, than be disappointed with the service at the Greek restaurants in New West. This place knows how to make lamb so delicious everytime. And it's a great price for lots of food.

I work nearby and this place is my go to. The roast lamb is so so good and they make the greek salad fresh.

Such a hidden gem! I popped in here for a quick bite to eat after work, and it’s become my go-to place for Greek food. The family who runs it is LOVELY, and the food is delicious. It’s also incredibly affordable - two of us can typically eat for under $40, and the quality is often better than that of ‘fancier’ greek restaurants which charge double what Papa Greek does. The spanakopita’s my favourite, but my partner loves the lamb shank - the meat is so tender it falls off the bone. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Papa Greek is a treasure! I came here with my daughter, and the lady behind the counter was warm and welcoming. She suggested the lamb shank platter to me, and allowed me to sub Caesar for Greek salad at no extra cost. The lamb is house-made, and was fall-off-the-bone tender and seasoned perfectly, absolutely delicious! The platter also had seasoned rice, a Greek potato, tzatziki and the salad. It was a massive amount of food, and all for only $19!! What a bargain. My daughter loved her vegetarian spanakopita platter, and said the spanakopita was delicious. Give this place a visit, you won't be disappointed in the food or the service!

Literally, just left this place after ordering the $15 2x beef skewers and rice. The rice had zero flavour, the beef tasted awful, like it was off. The rice was crispy, like it was undercooked, but more likely old.We had one bite and spat it out.We got a full refund and to be fair the lady was friendly and apologetic. We regularly eat Persian and Greek food and know what to expect. No one in the place but us. This was an abhorrent experience food-wise. We wish we had taken images but we were so grossed out we just left.

We walked in to try their food. We ordered 2 beef kebobs. It's the worst meal ever. The beef tasted a bit off and the rice was undercooked and unseasoned. The Lady was cool about our complaint. We got a full refund.

Delicious Greek food, large portions for a fair price. The lady at the front was extremely personable and friendly. We will definitely be returning, 100% recommend!
