Pricey, Food quality doesn't match the prices. Charged $45 for a couple of chicken wraps and a little (super low quality) Tabbouleh.

Tried the Parsley Berlin Style Doner-Kebab and was a good experience! I would say the food was acceptable but a bit pricey. The best things about this place was the atmosphere and the business looks like is running by a family and they cook the fresh ingredients when you’re ordering something.

Please ensure your staff are properly trained to package orders and know what is supposed to go in each item. It is clear that some employees have no idea what they are doing. Also, one time i ordered and the female manager did not allow me to substitute one salad for another. I dont eat cucumers so the fact that she did not allow me to pick a different salad was extremely disappointing and unacceptable in my opinion.

Food is ok. Service is horrible. I had lunch today at Parsley restaurant in Brentwood. I ordered a wrap and another guy ordered a wrap after me. I was standing thinking it's my turn to choose my toppings but the guy who's making the wraps processed the second order first and was very rude.

Their doner is very good and authentic. It was the best doner I have had in North America. You can tell that it’s made in house. Lahmacun was also great.
The food here is delicious. My favourite dishes, that I order almost every week, are the beef doner platter with burglur and the baklava (the best baklava I’ve tried in Canada so far).Their service has improved a lot since they’ve opened the business but still there is room for improvement regarding prep speed and consistency. They may want to continue investing in training, for instance.Overall I recommend Parsley.Parking: Easy parkingKid-friendliness: It’s my favourite place to go with my 5 month old baby because of the facilities. The food court offers a great family washroom and mother’s room, plus plenty of space for you to walk easily with stroller. It’s a pleasant atmosphere, clean, with very comfy (many sofas available) and beautiful decor and cheerful landscaping. Also, the mall has a lovely boulevard with a gorgeous fountain that is a perfect place for kids to have fun and parents to relax.

The service quality has slowly but surely improved after a few months of training new workers. I'd still like to see a bit more consistency in their prep, though. My go-to order is the Chicken Doner and I ask for hummus (extra $1), but they forget to put it in about 1/4 of the time. The main consistency issue is with the size of each wrap, as it fluctuates by up to 30% depending on who is working that day. Despite this issue, the fresh flour tortilla is a complete game-changer and is the highlight for me. I see a few complaints about meat being stored in a separate heating tray, but I've only been served with meat straight off the gyro. I'm also aware that some establishments are required (food safety laws) to reheat chicken after carving off the gyro, so this may be the case at Parsley. I don't have a lot of experience with Turkish food, but this place satisfies my craving every time! My wallet takes a hit, but considering a Big Mac meal costs $13 bucks now, the choice is pretty simple.

Parsley Donair offers a delightful culinary experience with their perfectly seasoned Donairs. The combination of tender meat, fresh vegetables, and their signature parsley-infused touch creates a savory and satisfying flavor profile. The attention to detail in preparation is evident, making each bite a delectable journey for the taste buds. The balance of textures and flavors showcases the culinary expertise that sets Parsley Donair apart. It's a must-try for anyone seeking a delicious and well-crafted Donair experience.
