The way the tables and individual soups are designed is smart. With 6 of us we ordered 4 combos between us and a bunch of sides and we were stuffed. The combo had a huge bowl of veg, shrimp and dumplings so there is variety. 3 Kids shared a bowl and that was still plenty. Great quality and service. Rare you can get the taste, value and service from a legit Chinese restaurant. Check out this place vs a joke of a Singaporean restaurant next door.

Few choices to choose for soup base, good amount of food you get and the meat tasted delicious. Service was amazing, quick and very fast on service

Guess I'm in the minority here, although you do get what you pay for, I do say it wins in price point but not in ...quality? Broth was watery but really oily with not much flavour (spicy) and meat didn't taste fresh. Sauce was sour and also watery as well too. I mean if you like plain hotpot or don’t want strong flavours go for it I guessService was also weird. Sat for a while along with other people. This one waitress got some dessert for I guess her friend sitting next to me that literally just got there and didn’t even acknowledge anyone else waiting for a while. Felt rude. Service in general was hard to get their attention and it felt any attempt was an inconvenience for them lol

Very reasonably priced hotpot. Liked that it was individual pop. Food taste was ok. Will go again for sure.

We have been frequenting this hotpot restaurant for the past seven years, and our love for it has only grown stronger. The quality of both the meat and vegetables consistently impresses us—they’re always fresh. While the staff can get quite busy, they manage to maintain their friendly demeanor even during peak hours. I wholeheartedly recommend their hotpot, especially considering its reasonable price compared to other more expensive hotpot places.

The quality of the food remains satisfactory, however, there has been a noticeable decline in the level of service provided. The serving staff no longer exhibit the same level of courtesy and professionalism as they once did. Smiles are rare and their demeanor is often rude and dismissive.

Dont go here. We reserved for 3 people, but when we got there, the lady said she only wrote down 2 people. Not only that, she said she told us to be here before 7 pm, yet we reserved for 7:15pm. Basically suggested we were lying. Ridiculous.

Loved the experience. The combos are so comprehensive including a choice of cold drink, a carb like rice, noodles or vermicelli, a meat choice, and a basket of vegetables, fish balls, shrimp, and tofu. They include this amazing fish ball filled with mochi and cheese that is so good. We tried the blade eye and lamb combo and both meats were of great quality and delicious. We upgraded our soups to the preserved duck egg and cilantro soup as well as the satay soups for a couple more dollars which was worth it.Last, there is included ice cream with the combo at the end and you can choose between pineapple and taro soft serve. Both were splendid and delicious. For what you get, it’s quite affordable hotpot. Plus, you get to have your own personal pot to cook in :)

Their service is so rude for drop-in customers. They asked us to finish our dinner @6:15 sharply. Sign, are we clocks? The food is good but service can’t be stand for.
