I can't give them anything less than 5, just because of how friendly the staff are and how incredibly delicious the chicken was. The radish was also absolutely amazing as well.Good job to the people back in the kitchen.The only downside was that they did not put any fork, joystick or napkins in the bag, even tho it was take out. C'mone guys, how much are you saving with doing this?

The fried chicken is really good. I ordered signature spicy, sauce on the side, bone in, whole chicken, every time. It’s crispy until I eat the last piece of fried chicken. It’s amazing, the quality is stable. The oil they use for fried chicken is fresh. No doubt, this is the Top 1 Korean fried chicken in coquitlam.

Hungry golfers visited here after a good round. We ordered pitcher of beer. They served with frozen pitcher with frozen glasses. Server changed glasses 3-4 times. It was very impressive service.1. Squid tempura was so good that we can eat any time2. Their chicken was perfect golden brown and very tasty with pickled Daikon.3, But spice rice cake was off. The rice cake wasn't prepared well from deep frozen. I would not order again.For my next visit, I will take out chicken for my family if I am nearby.

Two weeks ago, I had an unfortunate encounter here where a mix-up with our order resulted in a lengthy wait of over an hour. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service displayed by the manager in resolving the situation. Despite the initial hiccup, the manager was genuinely apologetic and went above and beyond to rectify the mistake.Encouraged by the manager's sincere efforts to make amends, my party and I decided to give them another chance. Yesterday's visit turned out to be a complete success. The manager graciously welcomed us back and treated us to two complimentary appetizers as a gesture of goodwill. Not only did they rectify their earlier misstep, but they also left us thoroughly impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction.The food we ordered was not only served promptly but was also extremely delicious. We got two orders of the boneless fried chicken, one with Pelicana Original Spicy sauce and one with Soy sauce. The flavors were rich, and the batter was crispy and top-notch. The spicy sauce was just the right amount of spice, and the soy was a nice sweeter flavour. I hope to try the many other sauces they offer in my future visits.I appreciate the dedication of the manager and the entire staff at Pelicana Chicken in ensuring customer satisfaction.
