Despite the many bad reviews there are, I had an okay experience. The tea is good and the service was okay. It feels like they use less boba in their drinks than other places I’ve been. I guess that’s why their containers are not transparent.

i got a stomach ache and a headache from drinking bubble tea from this place. when they handed my drink wasn’t even cold. i asked for 50% sugar and less ice, but it wasn’t even sweet nor cold. i’m so disappointed that i spent $7 thinking this drink was gonna be good. my drink was so bad i almost puked. the tea wasn’t good or tasted like what’s its supposed to taste like. this was the most tasteless, diluted, unsweetened, room temp bubble tea i’ve ever had. this place had a long line up and it turned out to be the worst bubble tea i’ve ever tried. don’t waste your money here it’s not worth it. i feel needed to be refunded as this place clearly ignores its customers making reviews. this place should wrap it up cause clearly they can’t make a simple bubble tea drink.

Ice fail. The ratio was all off and after a few minutes I had no ice left and a cool (not cold) bbt. Not very refreshing. $7 for basic milk tea is also too high. I didn’t notice the reviews until after but there may just be a reason why the surrounding bbt places had lineups and this one didn’t.

I got the milk tea triple combo that was one of the top sellers. It was the worst milk tea i’ve ever tasted. Weird initial taste that lingers. No milk tea favour. Plus super expensive, over 8.50 for one drink.

Horrible bubble tea, tasted the paper cup and straw more than i did the tea. I’m also pretty sure it gave me and my mom mild food poisoning for a good 3 days. With chatime, coco and other better options nearby, I’m never touching this place again

Had a milk tea with white pearls and grass jelly. I’ve always wondered what’s so special about Presotea- it’s because they brew/press a fresh bag of tea for every order. You can taste the tea, not watered down or sitting in a jug like most bubble tea places.

I ordered their signature fruit tea hoping to feel refreshed but it had no fruit flavor whatsoever, just clumps of sugar stuck at the bottom that I would occasionally suck up. And instead of feeling refreshed I got a stomach ache.Their straws also crack really easily so you're sucking through a leaky straw the entire time and making a mess.I could have gotten something better at T&t for $4.50 instead of $9 at this place, which is the last bit of money they'll make from me.I think you either make an inferior product for cheap or you charge a premium for a quality product. Doing expensive and low quality is a sure fire way of going out of business.

Short points: 4 screw ups.1. They treated my gift card as a points card. Insisted I had to use all the money at once in one order or else it is just gone.2. Promised me a cup for extra toppings, I had doubled checked if it was okay.3. Made the drink wrong and remade it.4. Made the drink wrong again.I had a gift card. I ordered a bubble tea with two toppings. I had about $3 left and was told that I needed to order more or the rest of the amount cannot be used and will disappear. I told them it was a gift card and not a points card and they said the rest of the amount will still disappear. So in the end I added 3 more toppings but asked for them to be on the side. They said okay. Then they came back and said no because the extra cup costs money. So I said that I just wanted the two toppings and to give the person behind me whatever toppings they wanted to make up for it. They said yes but didn't do it. I heard and saw the lie.They had already made the drink with all 5 toppings so they had to remake my drink. So that was already a cup wasted. They gave me the supposed correct drink and didn't give the toppings to anyone else and kept the drink for themselves in the fridge.The drink itself being 30% sugar and less ice tasted like 100% sugar and sickly sweet and they didn't give me any ice. I wanted to try them since I got a gift card but definitely will not be coming back.
