They don't care about the delivery people here at all, they keep them waiting all the time, the orders of all the people who came after me were prepared, they kept me waiting for 15 minutes, and the food is also very bad compared to other branches, the employees are very careless and rude.

Always satisfied with this place. Fast. Friendly. Great quality. This is my go to spot for an excellent burrito. Nothing beats the chicken. I myself find it very fresh. But I don't have a lot of experience with other places. If it ain't broke. Don't fix it.

Food was great, one of the ladies working was real rude , she seemed really irritated when I requested extra meat, I ordered a burrito and a bowl, then she only made the bowl and I said burrito too and she started arguing with me saying I never said that lol… like lady, I know what I ordered ahah. I dk if she was having a bad day or what, I was being really polite even when she was giving me lots of unnecessary attitude. The other lady working was very pleasant though

Have gotten delivery from Quesada a few times, and they're always pretty good! They aren't amazing, but for a cheap Mexican chain you get what you pay for and it's not bad at all.Vegetarian options: Very specific and clear about veggie/vegan options!
Id just ordered a burito here with my girlfriend. The staff was very polite and generous. The portion was vast! As compared to Chipotle I think Qesada is wayyyy better ❤️

Don't do mobile orders! You will be a back-burner. I ordered ahead on their app because I didn't have time to wait at the store. My pick-up time was confirmed as 1:10pm on the app. I arrived at the store around 1:20pm. My order was not ready, but the staff prioritized taking orders from walk-in customers. It was so frustrating to see those walk-in customers who came after me being served and leaving. I was the very last to be served, around 1:40 pm. I waited 20 minutes at the store. I shared my frustration with one of the staff members, and he told me that I had come early, which is not true. We like the food, but this experience will make us hesitate to go there again.
