The customer service is always terrific and the apple fritters are a must buy every time I visit. Some of the items look like they were purchased elsewhere then repurposed. I bought a cream filled cupcake and it had the least amount of filling you could possibly use and still call it cream filled, I’m talking less than the head of a pencil eraser. Tiny portion too, costed $4.50!

I have been here a couple times as it's close to my house. I enjoyed the tuxedo cake and the cream filled long john was really yummy. I took off a star as I was a bit disappointed with the cinnamon rolls and the lemon muffin. The cinnamon rolls were definitely either frozen and thawed or made a couple days ago. They were better once microwaved and had good flavour but I was a little sad that they were hard and I needed to microwave them to eat them. The lemon muffin had a bit of a weird consistency when eating it as it was a bit gummy which was disappointing as I love lemon and was stoked on the concept of a lemon muffin. I'll definitely go back and give them another try as I enjoyed a couple of items and the shop smelled so good. Just wish the cinnamon rolls were fresher as they could be really good! Seems like a popular place as it was really busy!

As a professional I can say the Napoleon cake they did for us was exactly what Napoleon Cake should look and taste, I tried their hamburger buns at the restaurant and they actually have a taste of bread instead of the products you buy from the big industrial bakeries. I am planning to use them more in the future. Excellent job.

I ordered the Mocha Cake via Uber yesterday, and it was awesome the cake was so yummy moist and the cream was so yummy . The service was so prompt !! So I've tried them multiple times ever since they bought out Ray's awhile ago just in case it was a one off, unfortunately it was not.I find them not as fresh and tasty under the new ownership, even after the renovations, quite disappointing. Once I had asked one of the employees if they had any apple fritters left and he said they had some in the back, thought they were fresh and was happy that he had some more, NOPE, I was wrong, he ended up selling me fully priced stale donuts, ended up throwing them out, can't recommend them, especially for donuts when you have places like Yum donuts and Fratelli in new west, even Timmy's was better.

We ordered cream filled long john, italian donut, chocolate mousse and bostom cream donut. The best cream filled donut I have ever had in this area. The cream is fresh and faintly sweet. The italian donut was so fresh and melted in the mouth. The mousse was so gooey and perfect. Highly recommend!
