I recently had a negative experience at thisStarbucks location. The baristas there wereunprofessional and made fun of me when Iaccidentally ordered my drink as 'medium'instead of 'grande.' Their behavior was loud anddisruptive, causing discomfort not only to me butalso to other customers. I left the store feelingdisheartened and unable to study. I hope thatStarbucks addresses this issue and ensures amore respectful and welcoming environment forall customers.

The employee went above and beyond in service. I went to this location at a quiet time and placed a mobile order. The employee came outside to see what I ordered and went inside to grab me my drink because I had my dog and also a baby stroller.

Nice staff orders get done quick, seating is usually full inside but there are seats outside at Gilmore Starbucks.Dietary restrictions: The drinks you order are highly customizable so dietary restrictions should not be a problem.The food has less customization though.

A guy that works there made my order wrong. It’s the same order I’ve ordered at multiple other locations. When I tried to speak up about it. He started telling me he had to add more milk to the beverage because I said light ice. Never has that been the case at other locations. Then they tried to charge me for a remake. Just honestly something I didn’t need in my day. Then he told me to not say light ice for next time, but it’s confusing when I’ve always ordered that way. This is the remake. Which is still wrong ? but I didn’t have the heart to say something again. I hate to post about this. I feel it’s a privileged persons problems. However if I pay for something I want it the way I asked.
