I come to this Starbucks quite a lot due to proximity to workplace but lately I encountered unbelievably rude customer service from two senior Asian ladies, both were serving as cashier position when it happened.I recently reactivated my Starbucks app on my phone due a promotion that would require app to redeem the buy 1 get 1 free benefit. After that I thought okay maybe I’ll give this app a shot to collect points and maybe it’s easier than reaching for credit card every time. Ohh boy I was wrong! The auto reload button wasn’t working, so once after I scanned my payment code there’s no objection from the cashier so I ran to washroom. A min later I came out to pick up my food, I got a disgusted look from the cashier and a lecture in front of all the customers that because the money left in the app wasn’t enough I caused the customer line to slow down by a whole minute. I was in disbelief that because I’m new to the app and the auto reload button wasn’t working I got lectured and blamed for trying your faulty app!?!?Again in a separate incident I got embarrassed by a different senior Asian cashier because I’m not familiar with the app. I mean you could’ve helped me with your app? And walk me through problem solving rather than shame and blame? This Asian lady was rude and sarcastic to her colleague too. It’s a very toxic working environment. I’m giving a one star rating because someone higher up needs to vet your employee for customer service essentials, provide workplace anti-bully training and train your employees to a standard that suits the brand image of Starbucks.

Told me the red cups aren't eligible with holiday drinks but caramel macciato is all year around.My friend said she ordered creme Brule from another store and they gave her the red cup.Nowhere on your instagram post said it had to be a regular drink.

Ive been coming to this starbucks for four years and recently the attitude and service has gone down the drain. Especially when it comes to animals, my cat was in a kennel I brought in cause I wasn’t going to leave it in the car. I was just trying to pick up a coffee, not even stay or sit and before I could walk in a woman made a disgusted look and yelled ‘ewwwhhhh ehh’ and they all started yelling no without letting me speak
Rude service and the lack of care when making my coffee is not expected, especially from Starbucks. Will not return to this location.

Absolutely garbage service for a Starbucks. The guy at the cashier was quite rude when he spoke. Upon getting my order, half of my cup were covered with spilled coffee. I asked for another cup but the barrista simply put on another sleeve. Really?! How difficult is it to transfer the coffee into another cup? Is Starbucks counting cups now?I expect this kind of Sh*t service from Tim Holton, but when I'm paying $7 for coffee, there's a level of expectation.

I've been to many starbucks and the service here is awful. There is one lady working there who typically takes the orders - she was so incredibly rude to me as I asked a question regarding the latte I was ordering. They also messed up my drink and lied about it. I showed them the label on the drink which was incorrect and she said the order is correct even though the label was wrong.
