I've been to many Starbucks in the past and I've never felt the need to leave a review for staff. This time it was different. I was helped by a lady named Lee (spelling?). She was friendly and patient when I was trying to decide what latte to order. She provided a recommendation for me that was really good without me having to ask. I got a matcha latte with a scoop of lavender powder. She was genuinely friendly and even said "thank you" to me after I ordered. I had a really great customer service experience because of her. Thank you Lee! I'd like her to be recognized for her customer service.Parking: Free 3 hour customer parking

Apart from 30 minute wait on two drinks (it was BOGO day, so it was hectic busy), barista service was amazing. Everyone replied with a smile. and a barista named Julia was exceptional. I didn't actually speak to her, but I could tell she was a leader of the group. She encouraged her co-worker and was very organized. She was also efficient in making orders. I just wanted to mention this because I feel like this kind of leadership deserves appreciation.

The store is super busy today and the wait time is at 45 min +. People are touching all the drinks on the counter to find theirs. Many drinks are without a lid. I understand the store is trying their best but still. Good luck with everyone who ordered from this location today.

As a former barista in a past life, the staff here are easily the friendliest and most helpful I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From explaining in detail how to use a Cambro to pointing out where to park to minimize having to walk with a gallon of coffee, to even providing a dolly for transport to my car, the people here are amazing.

The slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Been here multiple times and it's always been so busy, regardless of time of day. However, it takes forever for staff to power through drinks. Sometimes there's only 1-2 staff working (don't know why they don't have more staff on hand when it's so busy). Had a few instances where they've screwed up my drink at this location too. Gorgeous location otherwise.

Wandered in because I was early to where I had to be. Helped me to remember why I don't do *$'s. They couldn't do a simple order right. They have become nothing more than a fast food equivalent.

Please update your website opening time and this poster in your store. I came here 5am under the extremely cold weather, tried to get my favourite coffee, and it was still closed. 2 staff were inside. They saw me, and they just hand wrote the paper note , then put it on the glass. I was disappointed.

5 stars for the staff ? They are kind and welcoming. I would like to thank them for their service and thank SEAN . I bought a hot chocolate and I was curious about another drink, so he kindly prepared a sample of it for me. It was very nice of him. Thank you Sean for the great work!?

I visited a few times and I like the layout of with the large windows overlooking from higher up, and the bench seating with attached half desks. There was also one time around two months ago where I was asking for tea and the cashier attendant was the most clear, responsive, and respectful food service worker I had spoken to in a long time (in memory). Because I feel I barely acknowledged her communicative and sincere efforts, if she is reading this, I appreciate your politeness and caring nature and hope to catch your name then.
