Best sushi order I ever had! Service was amazing ?The only place I've seen that has Salmon elly sashimi which is my favorite!And the spider roll had the perfect balance of ingredients and flavors even the batter on the crab was crispy but not too thick.Waitress was so friendly and kind.

Very attentive service and the food was served quickly. Well presented. Pot of tea was a nice touch. We found there to be a lot of sause/mayo in the rolls we ordered, but it could have just been the one we selected.

Having been a loyal, but infrequent customer, for over 7 years, due to Covid and My work schedule, My expectations were always pretty high for Sushi U. So, on My last order, a take out, one of the items was poorly prepared and barely edible. Out of respect for the place and Our long relationship, I called in and was given a credit for the item. Today, the team there more than made up for the mistake. I was given the refund in cash, and a free replacement of the item . That, and possibly the best Bento I've had, anywhere. Top Mark's for the quality, value and service.Parking: Always lits of spots

The quality was great, but the portions were small and I feel it was a little over priced. $8 for a chicken teriyaki roll or beef, which is a hit with the kids.. You only get 5 pieces of each, yes they are larger pieces but used to getting to rows per roll, so that was a little disappointing. Flavour was good though. Tuna tataki roll was super delicious, would love to have maybe 2 more slices to make the $15 feel worth it. Friendly staff

One of our favourite sushi places in North Burnaby. Good service and clean environment. Good food. In a strip mall so can run other errands at the same time. Ample parking.

I’ve been coming here over the years and it’s one of my favourite local sushi spots! The food is great, the staff are friendly and it’s reasonably priced!I always get the dynamite and BC rolls here, today I tried the Dragon Roll and the Crispy n Crunch roll and it was really tasty, crunchy and delicious. I’d highly recommend the dragon roll with eel, it’s nice!Will come back time and again for good cheap local eats.Vegetarian options: Many optionsParking: Plenty of parking

The food here was simply amazing! My U Special Bento A was so fulfilling! The best were dynamite rolls & tempura from the whole set. The service was a little bit slow, that was my only concern. Otherwise this place next to the skytrain station is an absolute gem!
Got the sushi/sashimi bento for lunch. Good value - reasonable portions and very filling. Fish tasted fresh and they gave large slices of the sashimi. Salad was refreshing. Not many tables inside so I imagine it gets busy during rush hour. Would return to try other things on their menu.

Cool little sushi spot in North Burnaby with very good service and sizeable portions at a decent price.Their bento boxes are very generous n terms of food quantity, and definitely the best bang for your buck.The chairs need a little bit of a fixing, as many are wobbly or feel like they could break soon.Overall, if you’re in the area and craving for sushi, it’s a decent spot with good value.
