The service was so friendly! The atmosphere is also really nice, very comfortable for catching up with a friend, reading, or even working/studying. Food and drinks are delicious, lots of traditional dessert options. Not too sweet.

I just got this classic coconut milk jelly on Uber eat, OMG. It wasn't even 2/3 full of the coconut Jelly. Here is the photo on the UBER EAT ( on the right side ) and the real photo is the first one.. I DON't feel it look as same as on uber eat!!! So ridiculous. I WILL NOT ORDER THIS ONE

The first time visit this place I got a sesame and walnut soup/paste, which was decent. Good level of sugar that’s not too sweet and not too viscous. Yet, I don’t think the sesame was fried before it was made into paste, which it should’ve fried. Overall, it’s not bad.The second time I ordered online for red bean soup/paste and this really disappointed me. Traditionally, red bean should be cooked until it turns into paste but I can tell they used a mixer or a blender to grind red bean into paste. Because of that, the soup/paste was way too viscous as a read bean paste/soup. Also, it claimed that there’s some orange peel which I don’t tasted it or maybe it’s just too little that I can’t tell.

The service was great but unfortunately the dessert was terrible. The mango pancake had the tiniest piece of mango I've ever seen and the mango pomelo sago dessert had maybe 2-3 pieces of mango and pomelo in it.

**Please beware of anything containing sesame here if you have a nut allergy!**Great spot for late night hang outs and if you're craving something sweet but semi-healthy. We ordered the vanilla ice with mango and grass jelly and sesame soup with sesame rice balls. We asked if there were any nuts in either of the desserts and were told no, so we ordered them. However upon my friend trying the sesame soup, it did cause a mild allergic reaction. Thankfully he only had a small taste so it wasn't too serious, and the vanilla shaved ice was fine for him.The desserts were pretty standard in comparison to other chinese dessert spots, but I do like that they use fresh mangoes. My favourite part was the sesame rice balls, next time I'll order them again in ginger soup rather than sesame (the sesame flavour gets to be a bit too much after a while).Other than that one negative experience, I could see myself coming back here to try their other mango desserts.
Very awesome customer service from the young lady at the front. Seems like the owner and she's super nice! Thank you and I'll be back if I'm ever in the area again!

I think this is the best desert in Burnaby. Typical Hong Kong style, lots of choice and not too sweet. Definitely will come again.

My boyfriend and I came here and got the mango sago dessert. It was delicious and was prepared quickly. I love how they provide samples if you would like to try something on the menu. The atmosphere is amazing as well as the service. Yuen was super kind and. We found out he designed this place himself. He did a really good job! Super unique and even has Halloween decorations for the season! We will be back the next time we are here :) Would definitely recommend checking this place out! Thank you Yuen!!

If you’re wanting delicious, unique, varieties of pudding well this is the place! My mouth was watering looking at their menu and had difficulty choosing which ones to order! Nonetheless, I made my choice and the Mango Pomelo Sago Grass Jelly was definitely IT! The owner Mr Yu + his lovely wife Maggie, greeted me and my fam with such warmth. Definitely a VIP experience and will have to come back again. You wouldn’t want to miss out on Sweet Honey Desserts.
