Love coming here for hk style breakfast! Came around 10AM on a saturday, waited about 5 mins and was quickly seated (when we left, there was a looong line - so go early!) We got two A+B breaktfast combos and ordered an extra cup of milk tea on the side, and it was more than enough food for 3 people! I love their milk tea - its so creamy and flavourful! I also highly reccomend getting the satay beef with instant noodles, its so delicious!

We spent a splendid getaway in the Murray Hotel last weekend. Candy and Marianne took care of everybody in the bar with care and smile during the busy late afternoon. Their presence makes the drinks and snacks even better. Rocky and Sheldon’s offer great hospitality in the Tai Pan. We enjoyed our breakfast very much. We will come back soon!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Murray for their highly acclaimed brunch, and we were absolutely delighted with the experience. From the moment we stepped in, it was evident that the staff at The Murray were committed to providing exceptional service and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. One staff member, Sheldon, went above and beyond to ensure our family gathering was a truly special one. As we had informed the hotel beforehand about our gathering, Sheldon took it upon himself to arrange the best corner for us, making sure we were comfortable and had ample space for our entire family. His thoughtfulness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and definitely contributed to the overall positive experience. Furthermore, Sheldon's caring nature was reflected in the personal touches he added to our time at the brunch. He made sure to periodically check in on us, ensuring our needs were met and that everything was to our satisfaction. His genuine care and personalized service truly made us feel valued as guests. Another staff member who deserves recognition is Kevin. He went out of his way to bring joy to our children during the brunch. Even though a toy car meant for children was not working properly, Kevin enthusiastically pushed it around, engaging our little ones in imagination and play. It was heartwarming to witness his dedication to ensuring our children had a fun and memorable experience. Aside from the outstanding staff, the brunch itself was a culinary delight. The selection of dishes was diverse and presented with attention to detail. From freshly baked pastries to an array of savory options, there was something to suit every palate. The buffet was well-stocked and constantly replenished, ensuring that attendees never had to wait for their favorite dishes. The chefs' expertise was evident in the quality and taste of the food. The ambiance of the brunch hall was enchanting, with elegant decor and soft lighting that created an inviting atmosphere. The live music in the background added an extra touch of sophistication, contributing to the overall relaxing and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the hygiene and safety measures implemented by the hotel were commendable. The staff ensured regular sanitization of the buffet area and frequently checked on each table to maintain cleanliness. It was reassuring to see that the hotel took the well-being of its guests seriously. Overall, our experience at The Murray's brunch was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Sheldon and Kevin. Their dedication, attentiveness, and genuine care for their guests truly made a difference in our visit. We highly recommend this brunch to anyone seeking a delightful gastronomic experience complemented by impeccable service. We will definitely be returning to The Murray for future occasions. Its not even worth 1 star. Very bad attitude from the waitress and food is expensive for such mall portions. Not recommended and will never go again.

It was my first time try The Tai Pan restaurant. The food was average, better than Popinjay. We want to give a special compliment to the staff Sheldon Fung. He has been very professional in the area of service and wine knowledge. Very polite and helpful and made us feel comfortable during dining.

The restaurant I used to like very much is now constantly increasing the price, and the portion is shrinking, so that it has shrunk to almost half, and I will never go again.

…with a main course/buffet mix, and the staff were kind enough to let me order two of the former, so thank you for that! I had the eggs benedict with crab and some dan-dan noodles, and both were lovely. Service was excellent, the selections at the buffet were all very high quality (rather than a massive quantity) and it’s a great space in which to eat.

We did not enjoy our experience at the Tai Pan restaurant. The customer service was terrible. Your staff (Kevin) needs to be retrained. Firstly, he needs to learn how to speak to a guest. The way how you told us off not to go to an area where no signs were labelled as off limits was very appalling. When you handed us a bill that was wrong, the way you argued with us was unacceptable. You made us feel that we are not welcome and wanted to cheat on the bill. Instead, you should have said: let me check and get back to you. You could have asked the waiter who was serving us regarding the number of people seated at our table. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back and will not recommend this restaurant.

Haven't been here in ages! Only came twice before pandemic and before the renovated the place. Came in Saturday morning and it got busy right at 12. They have great set combos that fill you up for a good price. The waitresses aren't the friendliest but they get the job done. The french toast is one of my favourite! Definitely a must if you ever come here.

(Translated by Google) The charge is not very reasonable. Others already have rice, soup and frozen lemon tea for 13 yuan. This one costs 21 yuan and has nothing.(Original)收费不是很合理,其他家13块钱已经有饭有汤有冻柠茶 这家要21还什么都没有

Fantastic experience for Birthday Dinner! The decor was very modern and not too dark (with the big windows). We ordered the Lobster Bisque, Lamb Pappardelle, Wagyu Tomahawk, Prime Carving Rib, and 2 desserts (Cheescake & Tiramisu). The Wagyu Tomahawk was the highlight of the night - very tender and cooked as requested. Service was attentive throughout the night, especially Durga. She was very knowledgeable and recommended the correct portion/dish (Tomahawk and the desserts).
