Amazing coffee, super tasty dishes, wonderful friendly service and an amazingly upbeat ambiance. Traditional Eastern European food from Serbia and surrounding peoples! Food was not bad, but not my favourite. Some of the meats weren’t very tender and the water tasted weird. The meal also wasn’t my preference, so half of it is not their fault. But I have had better cooked meats, so I wouldn’t come back again.

We stopped here on a trip to Vancouver last October, and it was by far the best meal we had during our week-long stay. We had the schnitzel and roulade, and both were fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, too. The owners and waitstaff were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious Eastern European style meal!Parking: Very few parking spaces, but it's free and we did not have trouble getting a parking space at lunchtime.
It was our second time going to Tenen, we won't repeat. We had the lamb and cabbage rolls. The food came cold and tasteless. The lamb was mostly bones with bad sauce. We could not eat it. The cabbage rolls were badly prepared. Very disappointing experience.

Really great food, and so much of it! A group of four of us tried the MVP platter which is a sampling of a lot of the menu... And it was A LOT! Everything was really tasty, and the service was good too. Definitely will have to come back again!

If you have not tried European food before this place is incredible. The portion sizes are huge and the meat is decadent. My friend and I split the platter for two. We have appetites that are difficult to satisfy and we barely were able to finish it there was so much meat.
