I really enjoyed my brunch here! I ordered the Thai iced tea yin yang (Thai tea + coffee) and chicken and waffles which was one of the recommendations. The Thai tea was perfect - not overly sweet. The chicken was cooked to perfection (crispy skin, evenly seasoned). The portions are HUGE - easily could be split between 2 (or have leftovers). Service was phenomenal given how busy they are. Looking forward to returning!

I told them that the sandwich was dry and the egg had no flavor, and they showed no interest, they only offered me mayonnaise. I ended up paying 25 dollars for something I didn't eat.

We eat here every few weeks for brunch. Food is very good, salads are fresh, hashbrowns are crispy. I like the food because you can see they care about the dishes they serve, which seems rare now.

I don't usually write reviews but this place was absolutely amazing! My partner and I were getting tired of going to brunch places like Jam Cafe and OEB where the food starts off good initially but sooner than later starts to decline in quality. We ordered the Kitchen Sink with scrambled eggs and the G.O. Classic Platter with scrambled eggs and brioche toast. The eggs were so delicious, fluffy and airy, not like the rubbery eggs you get at some places. The potatoes had the perfect amount of seasoning, and the sauteed veggies were so flavourful and unique to here. The best part was that the food all came out piping hot and freshly made. We ordered the salad as a side and it was a big bowl of fresh greens, it was very refreshing and they were very generous with the portions of their sides. As for drinks we ordered the Spanish Latte (regular latte with condensed milk) and an Americano. The americano was okay, but the Spanish Latte was delicious. We went at around 11 on a Thursday and it wasn't too busy, but the veggie bennies were already sold out (which we will be back to try next time!). The space wasn't too big, but it was cozy, clean, and had a really nice local vibe to it. We are over the moon to have found such a delicious neighbourhood spot. I am not a breakfast person myself but this spot has converted me!

The food was ok, but the service was not great! Lady who was taking my order she was in a rush, and they don’t even give much options in their menu. I wanted waffles instead of bacon but my request was declined, if you want to substitute something with something else it’s always a NO. And their prices don’t even match their menu. Too expensive I rather go to high end restaurants and spend big bills rather than spending big bills in a place like this.

What can I say? Another “hit it out of the ball park” good foo;, fresh, extremely tasty, unique, and beautiful presentation too! Check out the chinichurri sauce on the tomato, the big chunks of creamy avacado, the perfectly poached egg, just enough crispy on the outside tender thick slices of bacon, put it all together and this is waaaay better than any other breakfast place I have been to. The server was pleasant but did not check on our waters etc during the mean, so that is the only negative, but so small of a detail when compared with the awesome food!!

Cute little shop selling decent brekkie and lunch. I believe it’s family owned and the dishes they use to serve remind me of a cafeteria, although the inside looks like any other simple brunch spot.Friend and I ordered the Pulled Pork Benny and Veggie Benny. I opted to swap hash browns for a green salad, and the salad portion was very generous. I also preferred it over the hasbrowns because eggs benny in itself is quite rich. Their dressing had a miso flavour to it and it was delicious. The veggie benny was really good, I especially liked how they swapped the typical english muffin for cornbread. Yes, it makes it that much more rich (and good), but also adds a nice touch of sweetness. I didn’t feel like I was missing meat in this dish and sometimes I feel that for certain breakfasts. My friend also liked her pork benny and the hashbrowns was a lot - they’re pretty basic, but some pieces had a nice crunch to them. I do wish they were a bit more crispy though.Overall, for the price, I’d say it was worth it. I like supporting smaller businesses when I can and I'd say the ratings on google accurately reflect this place. It’s a cute little place that I wouldn’t mind recommending to friends. I came here because of my friends recommendation after all.

I went for brunch recently and got the veggie benny with a spanish mocha. Both were top notch. The flavour was amazing and I was able to customize my order. It's very clean with a lovely atmosphere. Nice booths and tables as well. The only thing I would complain about is that the prices are a bit high for what you get.

this place is absolutely filthy, their bathroom is disgusting, maybe instead of rushing to clock out you should get your staff to do a deep cleaning. This place definitely went downhill since my last visit over a year ago. I don’t know if it’s under new management but they got rid of the smoothies/juices and avocado toast. The server said they didn’t have espresso? You’re a brunch cafe! I got the crab Benny and it was so salty, server said they were out of side salad, I couldn’t finish. The has browns weren’t fresh obviously from Sysco, not worth $20 imo. Won’t be going back ever.

This little brunch nook in my neighbourhood is just PERFECT. I haven't gotten a chance to come to this place until recently. And I really love it btw.I came here with some friends from Toronto, to show them Burnaby Heights & Brentwood. So I had to find a little brunch place. I have always been a very local supporter type of eater so I had to check this place out at the same time. Being in the chapter of the pandemic, the waiters checked all of our Vaccine QR codes properly, and they only limited to 4 people per table. Each table had their own little plastic borders and I approve of this!I love the décor of the restaurant as it is very modern and very chic. And their lattes were DELICIOUS. I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and it was very foamy and delicious. I love a good oat milk foam.I ordered The Crab Cake Benny and I shared it with my friend who got a Pulled Pork Benny. They were both very delicious, and it comes with a side of choice. I got the hash browns and my friend got a Poutine. I wasn't expecting this form of hashbrowns, but it was delicious. And I got some siracha dipping sauce on the side. The eggs on the crab cake bennys were perfectly poached and cooked as I sliced open them. The yolk melted perfectly over my hashbrowns and the whole crab cake. The surprising thing as well was that the platter was HUGE. maybe a bit too much for a lot of me and my friends. So that is a plus!I will be coming back next time, maybe ordering take out. And hearing about all the reviews about their Chicken & Waffles, I might get that. For sure a good brunch place in my neighbourhood!

We went in for lunch and had great experience. The staff were friendly and the food was fresh, and delicious.I got the G.O breaky sandwich and my partner got the pulled pork eggs benny. The tater tots were phenomenal - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sandwich and the eggs benny were also very tasty and would recommend. I liked that they used corn bread for eggs benny instead of an English muffin. The soup of the day (tomato dill) was delicious but I wish that it had smoother texture.Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great brunch/lunch spot and I would love to come back in the future.
