I had an outstanding experience at The Keg Restaurant, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Brendan. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcomed and ensured our dining experience was nothing short of delightful. Brendan's attention to detail, extensive knowledge of the menu, and genuine friendliness truly elevated our evening. The food was superb, but it was Brendan's attentive and personable service that made our visit unforgettable. I highly recommend The Keg Restaurant, especially if you have the pleasure of being served by Brendan.

Consistently good experience with food, service and atmosphere. For a chain restaurant, feels high end. However advertised as a family friendly spot, did not offer change tables in the washrooms which led to one of our party and baby being stuck heading to the car to change and feed.

Came here to celebrate my little brothers birthday. There was an issue with his food however the servers and the Manager Barry were on top of rectifying the issue without hesitation! We appreciate the staffs professionalism and accommodation and can’t wait to visit this wonderful team again! Even though there was a minor issue with the food, it’s not enough to not rate this restaurant 5 stars! ♥️Would also love to point out our server Willow was amazing and the sweetest

Unfortunately we were there with another party and the food compared to pre COVID ...was like going to McDonald's and the server kept mis-gendering me , which made two of my friends visible upset . Including myself I was a little bit tipsy going in and could have eaten the whole cow Burt it was way too undercooked and I'm sure it was still breathing when they took it off the grill moo .before COVID is the only reference I can put on the keg as I haven't been there since 2019 . I hope they improve their customer service skill it isn't very hard to tell that I'm a woman" make up , beautiful dress , high heels long blonde wig which looked like my real hair . To all my trans brothers and sisters.please don't allow yourself to be walked on.....Maybe next year I'll give you another try . Tull then at least knock the cow out before serving it.thank you . This place was great we went there on my son’s birthday at the end they gave us a birthday cake. The food was awesome the steak is amazing. Fernando was or server she was really nice. This place is 5 stars.
Not enough space between tables for a bit of privacy... As well food is processed and overpriced . Too dark atmosphere... Need to bright this up dark atmosphere is so done now ....

Over the years The Keg has slowly diminished in quality. The steak cuts are smaller and seem to be of lower quality, well below the $40 or $50 price tag. The last time we were here was kind of the final straw for us. The prime rib was tough and grisly; the vegetables grilled to carbon, and the dessert (a hot lemon tart) served still frozen. Even the water tasted of refrigerator. The best part of the meal was the small $15 blended wine....but the waiter was great. Whoever bought out the Keg chain has just killed the quality of its kitchen. You can probably do a better job on your own barbecue. We even tried the Kegs in Coquitlam and Vancouver and the quality of their steaks has definitely diminished. It's like the vegans have taken over and haven't a clue about preparing animal protein. They cannot even produce a real Caesar salad. Too many croutons and packaged dressing.Not going back....ever.

Hate to be a Karen, but this is the only Keg I've ever been to where the food is not up to par as the other restaurants.Nobody picks up the phone.Also unable to book this location for a reservation for 2 OR 4 people.Good thing there are dozens of choices and other spots in the general area.Can always go to Costco for a hotdog versus spending $$$ to eat here.

Went for my wife’s birthday on Saturday and we had the best time.“Dan the man “ our server is the best server we’ve ever had since I’ve been here from 2008Very personable friendly and knew the menu inside out.Best asset to the keg as will recommend this location for him first and a close second the food and atmosphere.
