sandwich took 15 mins, owner is very rude for no reason. another time, somebody took my farmers wrap, and when I told an employee that I didn't receive my wrap, they yelled at me for not coming up when they called my order.

i ordered through delivery for multi pack timbits and i called the store to ask for just birthday cake timbits as im not a fan of the other flavours but the lady on call said she cannot do it as its not standard but there’s no stanadard that says u cannot hand choose the timbits according to a specific type require and to what standard corporate one that’s making u so mad that u are taking it out on customers by being rude.

Part of the appeal of Tim was simple and fast. But now they pass it on to one girl who is trying to make 8 coffees? Not really her

This is the worst Tim hortons ever. No bagel selection the staff is very rude. The manager should be fired. I asked why it takes 10 min to serve 2 coffees with no food? I was laughed at and give in the wrong order and when I confirmed this is not my donut I was given another random donut. Manager does not answer the phone.
