I purchased large this morning and asked for oat milk they gave almond milk, which made me very sick. This happens all the time, and i think I don't care about customers at this site. They are very rude, and they don't listen to what you are ordering.The staff from site should be held accountable for poor services.

So I have been ranting and raving at how good the chocolate lava cookies are at Tim Horton's, so I went to my local store around the corner this morning to pick up some for my friends that were visiting.To my dismay, via the app, it said those cookies were not available. I decided to go by the store and see if there was any on the shelf, as Saturdays are usually busy in the morning so they would probably be restocking.When I arrived, there was chocolate cookies for sale, but they did not have the caramel 'lava' on them as they are supposed to. My friend's kid said she would rather wait for the correctly made cookies.

I have no idea why this place get stupid employees like them, they don’t have manners how to talk with customers. Very disrespectful all employees today 01-10-2003 at 12:10 p.m, they don’t listen the order train them.
We attended the location at Station Square and received the worst service and attitude by an employee. We asked a staff member ( no name tag). Older lady with her hair in a bun. To clean the dirty tables , she turned to another staff member and said something in her language which made us feel that they were talking about us. One staff member quickly wiped the table with a napkin leaving the table still dirty and stained. We asked AGAIN to clean the table and she said i will right there. FINALLY she came and wiped the table as if it was an inconvenience to her . Her behaviour make us feel welcomed to sit and enjoy our food there.

When I went to buy a glazed donut the worker used their bare hands - no gloves or tongs - to put my donut into a ripped bag. After I requested an unripped bag, they once again used their bare hand.

They cannot follow instructions from doordash! They don't allow options for notes so they cannot be told I select no cheese due to allergies. "No cheese" is always ignored. I am not the only person this has happened to.Dietary restrictions: They do not/cannot accomodate dietary restriction with their delivery notes turned off.

They are in NO rush at all here, lol. 7 ppl. 2 ppl having a conversation, one person making food. One person chasing their tail. 2 more ppl talking in the back. 1 person walking around wiping things and another walking between cash machines taking orders and then making the orders she's taking. No leader here at all anywhere.Waiting area packed full..ppl leaving out of frustration lol
