I’ve been coming here for years and never had much of a problem but just in the last 3 weeks I’ve had a very bad experience. Orders are wrong all the time and you get over charged. 4 times in a row already. Tim’s is already going downhill and this is not helping.

Everytime i come they dont have what i ask (chili) and it doesnt matter time of day. Service is slow. Ordered three things. And they call it as one is done instead of complete order so i keep coming back. Been trying for weeks. Last time. Ill go settle for something else instead of waste me time.Tried again at 4pm a few days later. No chili, no doughnuts. Only two people. One taking orders and one making food. Its a joke.

How can 2 employees run a whole store during morning rush?! At what point is this franchise owner going to treat staff better or pay a wage that someone can live off of that will attractemployees? Corporate needs to finally take this franchise back and run it properly.

Washrooms always broken, and of the workers I see milling about only one does all the work resulting in slow service. Be prepared it took me 15mins for a coffee with a lineup of 4

The worst place ever! Slippy and slow service! I was waiting for just a small coffee forever. Moreover they have this tricky donations pad right at the debit terminal. I was paying for coffee and tap it by mistake instead of machine...the cashier told me or that didnt go through...i tap again...and then i realized that i an tapping a wrong thing. I told the cashier that he needs to be more proactive and explain that I didnt tap the right place....and guess what i got in response...that it is not his problem. Oh well honey i just call the credit card and report fraud...and then it will be your problem. Good luck with such attitude!
