I love bubble tea and have tried many places. This place has the best bubble tea, most friendly staff, and best food place hygiene.My favourite is Oolong milk tea with pearls. The taste of Oolong tea with sweetness of brown sugar pearls is the perfect mix.I am glad that they kept their clear cup unlike a few other BBT places. The visual presentation is so important for drinks and desserts.

The staff at this location is SO friendly its insane. Every time we visit, the staff always make sure we leave satisfied with our drinks! They go above and beyond to describe the drinks to us as much as possible! Other locations don’t even care and speak very little english. (AHEM RICHMOND…) I appreciate the time and effort the staff here puts into their customers :)Thank you Truedan!

Since the merchant requested more details on my terrible experience:I Ordered BOGO drink but when I get there I only received one drink; when I talk to your staff they say “oh I think you meant to order BOGO 2 drinks but you accidentally ordered one drink only”. Which is fine, honest mistake. I then asked them to give me some time to contact Uber Eats to resolve the issue, because it’s BOGO it’s the same price for 2 drinks so it should be easy to resolve. At the whole time I did not pick up my order and verbally communicated clearly “please give me some time to resolve this”. However, in the middle of my conversation with Uber Support, the staff changed my order status to “picked up” (it has not been picked up at all I’m literally standing there fixing the issue) and since the staff did so my support chat was cut to end because I can no longer make the changes I wanted as the order has been marked “completed” by this staff. I had no choice but to pick up my one BOGO drink then and it’s been an upsetting experience. My points are 1) the staff clearly recognized that I meant to buy 2 drinks ( I mean it’s named BOGO) 2) when I asked for direct help to resolve it in store since they are the same price (same price for 1 or 2 drinks) I was refused (which is fine because I can still fix it) but 3) I asked for extra time to talk with Uber Support to update my order (which the staff agreed) and I was in the middle of the conversation already but because the staff ended the order as “picked up” when I haven’t pick it up - it left me no chance to fix my order error. Hence my terrible experience.
Ordered through Uber and thought it would be another basic/average milk tea but was pleasantly surprised at how good and aromatic these were! It was so rich and beyond any milk teas I've had and I'm an avid bubble tea drinker. Wish I found them sooner but so glad I finally tried them out. Sooo good and highly recommend!

My friend recommended the fresh taro drink. And we both got capped sugar pearl milk with fresh taro. 50% sweetness And he got cold no ice. I got a hot one. Not only the taro is very yummy. The drink was a treat. And I felt like I had an amazing dessert/cake. Next I want to try another flavour. I've been to the Downtown location, And this one is so much better. Both service and quality.

I visited this place while in Vancouver and it was such a pleasant surprise!! They have hands-down one of the best brown sugar boba I’ve ever had. The texture is perfect and you can tell it’s super fresh. I also ordered the osmanthus tea for my Grandma and she absolutely loved it!!! The girls are super friendly too! Will definitely visit again when I’m in Vancouver.
