I would give this 0 stars if I could. The noodles are not cooked properly, employees were rushing and rude, cooks were rude as well. Food was bland, noodles were not seasoned and they are stingy with the sauces. Overall I would avoid this place AT ALL TIMES, like go to Tim Horton's or something like it's not good at all. The place is called "U Grill" but they don't even do that, food was undercooked and not seasoned to perfection to satisfy customers tastebuds.

It's the only place I ever eat at in the food court at Metrotown. Real food, large veggie selection and then salmon, tofu, shrimp chicken etc to add at your discretion. I just paid $11 for a plate with rice, shrimp zucchini onions peppers bean sprouts and mushrooms... Yes it's more than making it at home BUT it's so much better than KFC/Fresh Express pizza or anything else here. I really like the people who work here too, they're always smiling for real!!! Vegetarian options: Lots of them!! And tofu to add as protein

I've been going here for years, I love the concept. The food is usually amazing.. But I went here yesterday, and got the worst food poisoning I've had in my life. I spent 24 hours running back and forth to the bathroom, unable to keep anything in me, or sleep.I know it was this place because I was starving from not eating all day and running my butt off doing chores. I know you take risks with sneeze guard places but I never thought this would happen here.

Food was good and the price was reasonable. But the one downside is that they added a tip option to the debit machine. Weird being that there slogan is your the chef so why tip if I’m the chef!!!!!
