Ordered a pizza from THEIR google my business page (this one) order link. Arrived to pick up the order. They knew nothing about it. The young man suggested I cancel the order I placed on THEIR Google my business page (this one) order link and he would start to me my pizza, it would take 15 minutes to cook. 12 minutes later I confirmed that yes, I was able to cancel the order on their website and I asked when my pizza will be ready. "OH, I was waiting for you to cancel your other order....."Needless to say, I turned around and said, " I will never be back".BRUTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Pizza might be good but their customer service skills are being wasted by the young man's focus on playing sports and hanging photos on the wall of his exploits in the restaurant.
Bad service. Don't order online. They will tell you they didn't get it. Ask you to try to get your money back. Tell you your pizza will he ready in 15 minutes and in 15 minutes when you ask where your pizza is, they will say, we haven't started it yet. Crazy!!!!
