EDIT: A recent menu overhaul has left few decent options other than simply burgers, pasta and salad. If you don't want one of these 3 things don't bother going. No more pot pie, no more salmon dinner. JUST salads, burgers and pasta. They've tried to be creative with ingredients like curry and sambal, but it simply makes dishes unappetizing and unappealing. I don't come to White Spot for these types of foods. Why try to be something you're not?I'll no longer be eating at any White Spot until they revise their menu.

We went for dinner to celebrate my son's birthday. We had excellent service. The food was good, as always. I had the fish and chips. I thought the prices had gone up a lot, but I think that's the same everywhere. The cost of groceries has skyrocketed, so it's hardly surprising.

Had breakfast here today and was served by “Emily H.” Who was fast, efficient, pleasant, confident and responsive, whether checking if there is dairy here or there or extra tea bags and water. Just terrific and she is a keeper!

We stopped by the other day for Dinner and it was great. Yummy burgers.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility is good, restaurant is level entrance. Was a bit of construction going on when we visited. Don't recall any obstacles.
I was sitting at this table by the window for 30 minutes after ordering and still waiting for my food. My wife and I were losing our patience.After our food finally arrived, I asked the server for extra fries. It never came. I needed my water refilled but could not find the server.Whitespot, you need to add more competent staffs. You only had 8 tables. The service should not be this slow.We live around the neighbourhood. Our family comes to dine here about 5 times a year. After this bad experience we don't know if we ever want to come back. I hate to see a local Canadian business going down like this.I voiced my concern to the manager, Mike, I think. He acknowleged poor service we received and sincerely apologized to us. I accepted this and now want to give this Whitespot another try in the future.Giving this place an honest 3/5.

In our four visits over the past 12 months for different occasions, each time entailed at least a 40-minute wait, making it unsuitable if you're in a hurry.Service can be hit and miss; you might get a great server or not, leaving it largely up to luck. In our experience, there's a 50-50 chance of having an okay server. Communicating with your server is challenging, as they may not show up when needed.Even settling the bill can be time-consuming, taking over 15 minutes. To be fair, the menu matches other White Spot locations, but the service falls short. So, why choose this location when you can enjoy the same food and better service elsewhere in the White Spot chain?The decision is yours.
