From the moment I drove up to the order board I was greeted with a friendly greeting and exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of amazing.Now, let's talk about the food - absolutely mouthwatering! Every bite of their crunchy 2 pcs combo with popcorn chicken and fries was really goodOverall, my experience at KFC was nothing short of excellent. outstanding customer service and top-notch food quality. I will definitely be coming back ??

Stay away from this KFC, they won’t even give you forks and ketchup EVEN after asking for it… every time. very rude. Also there colesaw was expired the last time I went there.

Food reviews aren't normally my thing but I love me some KFC, Sometimes it's crispy and delicious but occasionally is soggy and depressing this location needs to up their game. Don't be shy and tell the employees they need to do just that, check your meal before you pay for it and comment on their service...you are the customer after all.
They should close down. KFC have been going downhill for a while. Cheaped us on our order. Food was cold and the gravy was like water and no taste. Need I say

This kfc location is by far the worst I have ever been to! The quality of the food is beyond terrible! Smallest peices of chicken ever, and so greasy! The restaurant is dirty, and the staff are rude, and do not give good customer service what do ever! I will literally drive to courtney Popeyes from now on when I want fried chicken. Kfc Campbell River will never have my business again, and there are many people who feel the same way!
