You can rely on White Spot for good food for the whole family. They have become quite slow recently. The last few times we've been in we have had to wait much too long for our food.

I don’t usually post reviews. I feel by returning for good food and service is a great review in and of itself. I’ve lived in Campbell River for over five years and frequented the White Spot Restaurant about two to three times a month since I moved here. The menu is great, the food is good but the staff is what takes this location to a whole new level. During my last visit I lost a ring. A lovely little silver pinky ring, with an inlaid mother of pearl heart. It has no real value to anyone but myself. It belonged to my mother and was her baby ring. I phoned as soon as I got home and realized it was missing. I spoke with Josh. He was as upset as I over the loss. He immediately checked the washroom but wasn’t able to find it. Josh left a message with the service manager who phoned me the next day to advise it had been found. She had looked herself. When I went to pick it up, the kitchen manager brought it to me. A very little thing to most people but a much revered and treasured thing to me. So, to the staff of White Spot, Campbell River, you are my heroes, thank you, Linda Parisee.

Our food wasn't perfect but it was still good, bacon was definitely over crispy. But the service! I came in with my fiance and two kids, and my 4 year old was getting a little fussy, and the staff was amazing. Gave my kids lots of attention and extra treats and coupons! Friendliest staff ive had the pleasure of meeting. You guys made the experience for my daughter very exciting and she can't wait to come back.We really appreciate you, you're amazing st your jobs. As someone who lives in Courtenay, we're definitely eager to come back.

I typically love White Spot. I’ve been to a handful of locations across the Lower Mainland for dine-in experiences with my wife and they’ve been consistently great. This is the first time I’ve ordered pick-up and I was quite displeased. The food tasted fine, but it was stone cold when I picked it up. I pride myself on being on time, which is why I walked through the doors exactly at the time I asked for the food to be ready, expecting everything to be piping hot. My guess is the food had been ready 10 minutes earlier and just sat there. Cold zoo sticks aren’t particularly appealing, not that cold fries and burgers aren’t equally disappointing. I imagine the food would have been hot if I’d come in for a meal, so I’ll have to think long and hard about ordering take-out again.
