They have clearly mastered the art of lamination! The morning bun and the orange cardamom bun are so good. Crunchy at every bite. Their sourdough bread is also delicious. Of only the crust of the sourdough bread is as crunchy as the laminated pastry bread, where it will "crack" when you cut it...Although they are located in an industrial area, the ambiance inside the store is great.
I absolutely adore this bakery. The first couple times I purchased pastries and coffees from here, they were some of the best I’ve ever had. Our family has also purchased bread here a number of times. I’m not too sure what has happened in the past couple of months, but every pastry and loaf of bread we have bought the last 3 visits have been too well done. When pastries and loaves of bread are at that price point I would hope they would be baked to perfection.

Tucked away on an industrial estate in Chilliwack, you might not even realize it's there. The bread is delicious, offer vegan and gluten free options. Coffee and other baked goods were also great. Worth a stop if you're doing the farms in the
