After waiting in line for 12 mins (which was fine they were short staffed) they got my food wrong. I bright it back and was told from the counter waited another 16 mins while they just walked by me. The worker to told me to tell her what I wanted on my burger and then she asked me again do you want the meat because all you said was lettuce tomato and ketchup you need to tell us if you want the hamburger on the hamburger. I said yes please because I ordered the hamburger that automatically include the meat. And then waited another 8 mins for the remake. The waiting I get, but it shouldn’t of been that long to fix one burger, but the negative experience was not great sure had no customer service skills at all

Ordered the family pack and 2 big burgers with cheese. No big burgers in the bag. Paid for 2 honey mustard dips, containers were 1/4 full. Service has been getting worse and worse since it opened. Past experiences not following directions on burgers (no tomato, no pickles but they are on it anyways) last straw. Lost a customer

Food is good but the service is a joke. Even a few burgers can take 10 to 15 minutes. I only go if know I have lots of time to spare and dint want a full meal. Otherwise I'd just go across the street to 5
Hi, this is my experience for Carl’s Jr. first of all it was very very dirty. It definitely needed a good cleaning. I didn’t go back because I was scared that any of the things they used to cook or any of the cooking utensils were dirty, and it seemed like they didn’t care about the cleaning part I just wouldn’t go again and I suggest anyone else doesn’t go but the food was good. It was just the clean part btw everything else was good. The service was good. The food was good.

Staff was friendly but the food was super underwhelming. Poutine had like 4 cheese curds in it, burger was pretty bland.
