The chicken burger looked like a kids burger... nothing special..even the banana pudding shrunk to 1/2 the size... the price didn't!!! 7-11 chicken is pretty good too for 1/4 of the price!! Just underwhelmed!!

Hi. The store is always under staffed. There is only 1 person there and he is always in rush. Multiple times now my order was incorrect. Today it was a disaster. I asked for spicy and it wasn't. No ketchup or utensils in the bag either. The potato wedges were undercooked and not seasoned. I hope this get fixed and I am also reporting this to the corporate office.

We went to this place an hour ago and bought chicken tenders for my daughter. The price is 17 dollars for 5 pieces which my daughter couldn’t even eat because they are extremely salty and you can’t eat that. Very disappointed. Two stars for the fries. I won't buy from them anymore.

never had Mary Brown's chicken before, thought the $20 Batters box would be a good first try....there won't be another. The guy that took my order wasn't friendly, not 100% sure but I think he may have been the owner? I put my order in a thermos bag so it would be still warm when I got home. From my potato wedges I had maybe 4, one bite out of the biscuit and the rest ended up in the bin. The fries were rubbery and the biscuits weren't great either. The chicken was greasy and instead of crispy it was soaky...maybe this is a one off....but I will not try again

The big Mary was full of what it seems leftover fried chicken tony pieces. Couldn't believe what I saw while driving back to Abbotsford. Not worth going back. Not going back.

Excellent chicken and service. Called after receiving our online order very close to closing time to let me know they did not have enough chicken to fill the order. They not only stayed late to cook fresh chicken to fill the order but also added a few extra pieces for the wait. Wonderful customer service!
