We have come here several times now over the past few years and our experience is allways up and down after a great experience last time we tried it again and wow what a disappointment! our reservation was for 6 people for 630 pm by the time we finished and paid we were there just shy of 3 hours. The service was good she was apologetic no complaints with her but overall poor experience. Pricey no discount given, 2 of the six meals were not up to standards but after waiting for as long as we did who is going to complain and wait even longer. Free dessert was offered . Unfortantly this is the last time we eat here and reccomend it to our friends.as a final note I got a text message asking to share my 5 star review before we even got our food this is a dangerous choice on a businesses part if there not going to deliver a decent experience all around consistently.

My go-to restaurant for a nice dinner out, always friendly servers so far and the food is good. Highly recommend the veggies and salads as the produce is fresh and crisp. Dinner tonight was good, only complaint is that our one order of a rare steak came out as medium, was sent back, and then came back blue rare. Didn't have that issue the last time so it was probably just an off day for the chef.Vegetarian options: AvailableDietary restrictions: Lots of vegetarian and dairy free options to choose from.Parking: Shares a large parking lot with other businesses, including freshco.Kid-friendliness: Able to bring kids and baby. Servers were not bothered by a crying baby.
My server Karissa was one of the nicest servers I’ve ever met. After being a server for 17 years I value a good one very much. She was polite, professional and ever so sweet! I Can’t say enough about this restaurant and their other location in Abbotsford, they always custom make my meals to perfection. I came in for Happy Hour and they didn't have a bartender on just a 18 year old server. Felt awkward having to get an employee who wasn't working to pour my drink. Food was amazing.

Just left Paliotti's and I'm already counting down the days until I can go back - the food was incredibly appetizing, the menu had such a great variety, and the atmosphere was so chill, I felt right at home.
1000% recommend !!! The reviews looked good so we tried the Fettuccine Alfredo and Lasagna and THEY WERE SO GOOD!!!! Can’t wait to eat there again! Thanks guys!

My husband and I always go to Paliotti's in Chilliwack for special occasions. Valentines day was no acceptation, food was excellent as always but the service was lacking. We ordered drinks which we received and then appetizers. It took ages to get appetizers (no utensils or napkins provided), but also we never got the bread with the oil and balsamic vinegar. I had to stop another waitress and ask for utensils, and then asked the waiter for the bread. We finally received our entree's but still no bread. He finally did remember to bring the bread after the entree's were started.The waiter was young, so I don't want to create problems for him, but there certainly needs to be some further training or at least a training opportunity for him.Vegetarian options: Excellent choicesParking: good parking
