You get what you pay for at your local Pizza Hut. Nothing too over-the-top. All cookie cutter, pizza selections mass produced and flash cooked still, oddly enough, very tasty. Recommended good hangover food.

I phoned to place an order and the person who answered to take my order should quit if she doesn’t like her job. Really not welcoming. I almost hung up and called someone else. Someone who is going to answer the phone and take someone’s order should be welcoming and friendly , happy to take the order….. just saying

Delivery of a large chicken ceaser salad vost me nearly 30.00 dollars. There is no chicken no croutons. Absolutely disgusting and complete waste of money. Never Again!!

We ordered pizza at 5:00 pm. Restaurant called about 5 times saying pizza is lost, they will discount, oh wait they can’t discount, pizza is sitting in car for an hour, oh wait no it’s in the restaurant. Two hours later still no pizza and they are still calling with excuses. We are from out of town with 3 hungry children and are getting the run around. Do not recommend this specific restaurant as the service is so so poor. It’s a Wednesday night. Do better. Also, much better pizza options out there than this low chain.
After spending 80.00 on one large, 2 medium and 22 wings. It was all dried out, Will never order again from here! Wasted my money on garbage dried pizza and wings.Best Bite pizza is way better than Pizza Hut in Chilliwack!

Tried making an order on the website and it said the restaurant was closed (after their opening hours)Called the restaurant and got patched through to their HQ who said the restaurant was open, and put the order through for me.When I pulled up to the restaurant around when my expected carryout time would be, the staff member was only just then unlocking the door. He told me that there were no orders and nobody tried to call, even though there wasn't anyone even in the store before he showed up.Complete waste of a lunch.

Pizza Hut Chilliwack, oh how does one describe. When ordered at 7:00pm with an eta on the app between 7:35-7:45pm to then playing ring around the rosy from 8:20-8:55pm throughly the poor operators at the customer service line trying to get ahold of the Chilliwack store, which neither them nor I could get an answer. Just wanting to know if our order was coming or not. Finally was transferred to the online order line who took our info and offered to submit a reimbursement request. Luckily, we were paying cash as this has happened before. The driver showed up with a grin on his face and gave us our order at 8:56pm. Our order was ice cold like it had been in the car for an hour and a half… and their take on mozzarella sticks were quite enlightening. I would call them and ask for a credit but they don’t answer their phones. I don’t know what has changed but don’t waste your time.

Ordered online for carry out - fine. Pick up indicated 20 minutes, husband leaves to go pick it up at the time it should be ready. Get there just to be told we’re at the WRONG LOCATION. Told us all these other locations to try just for us to go back to the same location to tell the people there they are wrong, LOOK AT OUR RECEIPT.Painful experience.As the people there said “it just came in”. That was a lie.They told us we had $15 off our next order and to just look for the code on our receipt. That was another lie.Can’t call in because no one answers their phone.Submitted my experience online just to have NO ONE GET BACK TO US.Always preferred Pizza Hut- will be taking our business elsewhere.Shameful
