I get a salad at every subway I go to and they always chop the ingredients and this guy did not.. just put the slices of meat on top, left the cucumbers whole, tomato’s whole and everything. Told me there was a knife around the corner to cut it up.. It was a clean establishment. Great location just very poor customer service.

They don’t ask for clarification if they mishear you. they just do what they think they heard. Didn’t toast one sandwich even though I asked for both to be toasted then had to wait for the second one to go in but the staff just moved on to help the next person which is fine with a line up but then my subs just sat there getting cold and the 3 of them just served the next three people and let mine sit there with me standing directly in front of them I had to ask twice and raise my voice to see if anyone would eventually help me when they realized they forgotten about the two subs at the end! I think they thought they were delivery/tak out subs but I felt super neglected and I’m a small quiet person so I get that often. They didn’t offer to rewarm them or start a new one. Then got the toppings wrong and said they didn’t have mustard when I saw them open a pack and use it on the sub before me. When I questioned that they then got the mustard. So now I’m home with my partner eating a cold sub with anger….that I paid for!!Just avoid this place it’s all franchise owned so they will not change. Just go to a nearby one and avoid this one if you can. Even though we live in Garrison we won’t be back.

Hey, I went to buy subway 3 oct around 2120 hours. I ordered crispy chicken and used the coupon to buy that subway the coupon is working but the system get hanged so that’s why, I have wait 10 min to pay but after system is set again staff said your coupon is already used when system get hanged and you have to pay the actual price. This is all system fault and they said they’re only going to offer sandwich if I am going to pay actual amount. The staff didn’t showed any respect for customer waiting time and because of their mistake i have to face this all
