I am very disappointed in the customer service I received today at this location.. i went there yesterday and received the wrong order so i called and they said to come again and receive a complimentary meal replacement and when i arrived the lady was very rude and when the order was ready the cook came out to the front and was calling me a liar because she cooked my food yesterday and it was correct but the truth is is that they gave me beef instead of chicken and I do not eat beef and she was raising her voice and being very disrespectful and unprofessional and her coworkers allowed her to talk like that. Management and ownership should be ashamed of their staff for their rude customer service skills.

It's a fast food place, and I always use the drive thru so I can't comment on in restaurant service. Worst thing about the place is its terminally understaffed, so be prepared to wait. And wait. Also, I think the intercom system is as old as I am (I think it might have been purchased at an old 60s drive-in! ? But it is a combo KFC location and the only Taco Bell in town... so what are you going to do?

omg drive through takes forever and we went there today and we waited in drive through line for 10 mins and nobody was there then we tried to go in and nobody was there either and this was 3:30 in the afternoon and what did nobody show up for work? I swear they’re like never open , East Indian owners who clearly do as they please learn what professionalism is cuz clearly that’s foreign to you

Worst service ever. Do not come here as a walking guest as always. They prioritize the drive through and ignore their dine in customers. Every time I go here some how you manage to make it worse. From arguing with your customers about what they ordered to messing up someone's orders 3 times over.The store looks more and more run down every day. The food was good but very little on the taco shell it's sad I liked taco bell and there is very few of them around.
I like the food at Taco Bell and had never been to this location. Upon entering the staff were conversing and took them a while to acknowledge me. Placed my order and it took forever. Food was good and messy as can be expected. Wish the service was better.Vegetarian options: Any item can be made vegetarian which is really nice

I spend 90$ but iam not happy with food service, my chicken taco was empty with just little lettuce, small pieces of chicken, no tasteVegetarian options: I order special veg and chicken order items all together and not marked, which one is chicken or veg.not happy with my dinner tonight, rater I spent somewhere else.
