I'd give them a zero. Food is meh and staff is speaking in their own language not dealing with people in front of them. Last draw asking for additional money for mayo with an all Canadian breakfast. I don't eat jam or peanut butter. I eat this meal weekly and have never been charged. I make a bacon and tomato sandwich each time. Keep adding more additional costs I will not return as this falls under customer satisfaction

I was surprised service crew dont wear gloves when handling the food.. I saw people in the kitchen picking bread and meat without gloves which is not appropriate. Hygiene sanitation is really 1 of 10. Food handlers should be properly trained in safe food handling.

I live near by and every time I go late at night and this one particular girl is working, and she always tells me half of the items arnt available not to mention the wait time is rediculous and the food is always cold.Last night I got a cold hamburger and it tasted sooo old and today my tummy hurts so bad!Awful service hands down

I can understand the store maybe understaffed as food took about 10mins, however the girl looked clearly unhappy and passed onto customers lining up. completely unnecessary in a food service environment. WILL NOT BE COMING back unfortunately.

J never ever gona this place it’s terrible ? i order veg burger and they gave me with none veg stuff and when i did first bite omg ? i have a allergy and I already told them that don’t use mayo as well and they made nonveg burger for me . There is one indian punjabi guy working ovethere and very care less i hate this place

I used to get breakfast here every day before work, but my order got taken by someone else and instead of making new sandwich they just took the bacon off another one. I am vegetarian. There was little piece of bacon left behind on my sandwich. Super disturbing. I cant eat here anymore because i cant risk eating meat.Vegetarian options: Bad

My partner ordered the two mama burgers with a coupon, we got home and we were surprised with a MOULDY BURGER!!!!this is completely unacceptable, this location inside Coquitlam centre mall should be shut down immediately and should be heavily investigated for food safety. I can't believe it.What's worse is I ate my burger before my partner opened his, I'm worried I ate mould.Also, this location is usually pretty good but everything about today's order was kind of low quality and looked off.This has been reported to Fraser health
