The most tasty light crispy batter on fish. It was so wonderful. Coleslaw the greatest. I lived close for 20 years n looked for good fish n chips. I went everywhere and turned out this is the BEST!!!!!! ONLY this location. Not the fancy atmosphere bet the greatest food.
Wasn't sure about going in cuz no one was there at the time but decided to go for it and so glad we did! Food portions are huge as well as tasty and service was friendly and helpful! And ppl did start coming in!

I love a good fish and chip. And I got a very good fish and chip at Austin Fish. The restaurant itself is very simple. You can order takeout at the counter or take a seat and order off the menu. The room itself is very simple. Think fast food, fish and chips. But the menu is very extensive with a number of options. I ordered the halibut and cod. The fish and chips came out piping hot as were the fries, and the coleslaw wasn’t bad either. We all enjoyed our fish and chips and we would definitely return. The fish and chips here are very good. It seems like a family run place and it shows in the food. Ignore the odd strip mall location.
