Don't expect to be allowed to sit after buying one drink, they said you can't sit here unless you buy 2... regret buying the one! Terrible customer service, below average cafe latteFirst of all, I have spent a lot of time in Korea, and I am typing in Korean myself. There was no logical reason for his actions, especially since the cafe wasn't completely full. If a single person wanted to have a cup of coffee, they could do so without any problems. However, when he told me to change my seat, I think he did it automatically and without thinking. If only he had thought about it for a moment, he could have avoided this embarrassing incident. I usually try to choose and support Korean stores over Chinese stores because I can expect higher quality service and quality than usual from Korean stores. The “Korean Wave” is great, and the Jeonsae community expects great things from Korean culture and Korean people… but I was just thinking, “Oh, I have to touch this customer.” It's pathetic and disappointing. Korea exports the most amazing and technologically advanced machinery to the entire world, but I am only thinking about how to get customers to move from place to place. Think about doing business in China, they don't have any manners either.

Last night, I bought a strawberry cream cake to celebrate my mom's birthday. The cake was very fresh and tasted great. My whole family loved it. I plan to purchase here again next time.?

The coffee and cakes are good, the sparkling water is okay, not amazing, the decoration and atmosphere are good, it is always full and popular.Parking: Sometimes you need to wait a while, or park farther away, and there may not be a spot at the door.

The staff at this café was quite interesting;She seemed unaware of the concept of tipping, customers had to fetch their own coffee and food, and there was no indication that we were supposed to return our utensils after we done . Yet, they had the audacity to request a 13% tip! It was amusing when they reminded us to return the utensils as we were leaving. no service and no tip, perhaps the owner should invest in better staff training!

Went there last night to catch up with friends. Drinks were too sweet but the blueberry cake was good. Around 9:20PM an employee came to our table and said they will be closing in a few minutes but later we realized their closing time is 10PM, not 9:30PM. I’ve seen other stores trying to close 10 15 minutes early which is fine but not 30 minutes!!! Won’t be back again.
