I’m usually the type to not order from a food court because the food quality is usually subpar but I’m surprised to enjoy what I ordered in this location.I got myself BBQ pork, rice and broccoli as my vegetable. Although I ordered an hour before the mall close, the food was not stale. Pork wasn’t hard and chewy. It was also tasty. So was the rice tho a bit stale but flavour was there! The brocolli was crunchy. Everything was enjoyable to eat:)

Used to really love this place. Now it’s way overpriced and they barely give you anything. There’s better places in the mall. I’m not going back

The management need to read their reviews. People used to line up for this place. I will never return.

Just seen a customer get upset cause they won't make a few things that weren't there. There's still over an hr left like he said they should be refilling there options not letting them dwindle around dinner time this used to be my favorite place to eat but brown people own it now they are INSANELY CHEAP. they are also rude not polite they stand there on there phones instead of working. Not to mention the 2 items missing are people's favorites and cheapest for them to make rice and potatoes yet they wont make them they deffs lost me as a customer a long time ago this company is going down hill there food is also diffrent now and way less quality domt waste 20 $ here can go get an amazing steak dinner for just 5 bucks more at a mike steak house or something I woulsnt recommend eating hereAlso this mall has lots of mice I know from people who I work with that used to work at food court here

You need to train your staff on safe food handling. Food safe training is important. The last few times I have come to the mall for food I usually plan to get bourbon first. But when I watch your staff handle the food I get so grossed out. One worker who has gloves on is handling the money, but also handles food with the same gloves. I literally watched her cough DIRECTLY into her gloves then serve someone their food. Which is absolutely nasty!!! Another time I saw a lady wearing gloves, handling money and food and then proceeds to use her cellphone. I went up and politely asked if she could change her gloves before dishing out my food. She tried to show me her gloves were clean.... The amount of germs on a cellphone and on cash is disgusting.Teach your staff some safe food handling. It's completely unappetizing. If anyone is curious by what I mean, seriously sit at a nearby table and just watch for 5 minutes. It's really awful.

What is going on with this place? Is it new ownership, bad training or cheap managers? Have they ever had Bourbon Street Grill before working there? The bourbon chicken used to be saucy and amazing. Now it’s dry with very little sauce. Having rice with it makes it a very dry lunch/dinner. If I don’t have a huge cup of water with this, I’ll get constipated. Why is it in Metro town they give you sauce on the side? The quality of this location in Coquitlam Center dropped and desperately need to do better. Got to keep it real.

This place must have changed management. The recipe has been changed. The BBQ chicken and pork, used in the dishes now, overpowers the taste of the supposed honey mustard & bourbon chicken. The taste is awful, and makes it almost inedible. This place used to be good... ?‍♂️

Ive always enjoyed the bourbon chicken for years but in the last couple visits, the chicken has been grissly. The pieces are cut into bits and pretty much every bite your putting your finger in your mouth to pull out inedible grissle. What ashame.

The food used to be better. They again increased prices and made portions smaller. Last time I took combo 3 and it was enough for me and my son. I ordered the same combo 3 and was disappointed! That was definitely my last time there!
