interior is spacious, well lit, clean. they open late but some concerns is that they are understaffed. there was only 1 worker during my visit and she looked stressed out handling the till, making food, and preparing drinks. it took 15 mins for me to get a drink i ordered and it was subpar.

The croffles here are delicious, I tried the Nutella one and it was great. I also ordered a dalgona latte, which was interesting, I like the crunchiness of the dalgona. The space is very big and there's quite a bit of seating and some outlets so it would be a nice place to grab a drink/food and work/study. Service was good as

Since it was my first visit, I asked for menu recommendations, and the glasses-wearing staff responded kindly! Thanks to you, I had a great time eating. I asked for a lot of black sesame seeds in spanner syrup, and it was really delicious as expected ^^. Just looking at the store, there are a lot of people making unreasonable demands. Cheer up and prosper ^^. I’m leaving this to remind me of my daughter~

The part-time worker with ponytails and glasses who was working around 4:23pm this afternoon was very unfriendly. As someone who liked hashtags, I feel really bad because 90% of the part-time workers who were kind to 10% of the part-time workers were unfriendly, so I was treated unkindly every time. A part of me is very upset that unfriendly part-time workers make me feel uncomfortable coming to the cafe. Today, the part-time worker even took the order at the counter, but he answered roughly, sighed deeply, and didn't even give me a straw when giving me food. I think it would be good to educate part-time workers about whether this is really true.

The staff were kind but the coffee………The coffee used to be good but not anymore… the cream of einspanner was not rich enough… too watery. I don’t wanna pay with this price for this bad coffee ?

The cream puffs are so expensive. The price is $8.45 before tax. And it’s not fresh! The bottom of the puffs are wet, seems like it have been stored for many days. Not recommend!

For two drinks, the total came out to be 14 dollars! Despite the price the taste did not live up to it. The "Real Strawberry Latte" was a cup of strawberry milk, the vanilla latte tasted like if I brewed instant coffee and added expired vanilla creamer into it. The cafe was beautiful and the vibes were pleasant but I would not recommend. The drinks were basically only made to be posted on instagram.

Ordered a drink and cup bingsoo on Saturday, Aug 26 about 10 after one. The order was taking really long and other customers were started getting served.I approached the pick up area after waiting 15 mins, a minute later, my order got finally ready by the same female cashier. I told the cashier “it appears it took longer than usual”.The response I got back from the cashier was “I’ll make another one” without any explanation or any apologies. I am perhaps not patient enough OR the waiting time is normal for the specific menu. However, whatever the reason that is, customers are not satisfied without knowing the reason. The cashier sounded she had no intention to let me understand why or make things right but slamming the fridge door and prepping my new drink with very obvious frustration.This place was a go to place for coffee and deserts with my wife and friends. But I won’t visit this place ever again from now on for good.
