Is this outlet part of the same chain as the ones in Taiwan and Hong Kong? I ask because the bubble tea I had in Hong Kong was unparalleled, with every drink freshly made. Here, however, the menu lacked options for adding pearls or customizing our drinks. I found the "perfect" sweetness level overly sweet for my taste and would prefer a less sweet option in the future. While the quality here is decent, it doesn't quite match up to the freshness and taste of the drinks in Hong Kong.

The man is so rude. I get in the store he just seat on the floor and wearing his pods. When I order stuff he was so mad said I can't hear you for three times. So the owner need to train the server don't wearing a pods during working time please, If not he gonna be hard of hearing and mad.???

A friend brought us here for a drink. I had never heard of it before and was surprised. Other milk teas are milky and have a strong saccharine flavor, commonly known as tea milk. The tea flavor of this restaurant is really strong, which is why it is called milk tea. You can smell the aroma of tea as soon as you enter the store. It’s a good thing. I ordered the frozen oolong. The tea is very strong but not greasy. It’s very fresh and delicious. The business is also very popular in the evening, so be prepared to queue up. Prepare

My wife and I had ordered bubble tea for our wedding reception back in October 2023, and we were extremely satisfied with the quality of the bubble tea, and punctuality and attention to detail of the delivery and setup service!We had actually first stopped by CHICHA around May 2023 as we were making in-person inquiries at bubble tea shops to see who would be willing and capable of delivering an order of ~80 drinks to a wedding reception. At that time, CHICHA was still relatively new and we loved their drinks, and we were also lucky enough to have stopped by while the franchise owner, Kim, was there. We reached back out to Kim via E-mail in July, and arranged a formal meeting at CHICHA, where Kim had her staff generously prepare a few drinks for us for testing and explained the cost, custom cup sticker design, and setup.Fast forward to two weeks before our reception, Kim ordered the custom cup stickers and accepted our initial deposit, with the remainder paid to her directly after setup at the reception. On reception day at the agreed time, Kim and her team arrived and set up the table with the 4 flavors we agreed upon along with signs for each drink flavor. The arrangement was simple, and our guests LOVED the drinks!!! We ordered 72 drinks for 83 people, and all the drinks were gone in a very short period of time; frankly, we could have overordered and all the drinks would likely still have gone!If you're planning on ordering some delicious bubble tea for a special event, I highly recommend Kim and CHICHA!

Today I ordered 2 cups of narcissus and osmanthus honey, with a little ice and taro balls.I looked at the waiter and used a scale to measure 2 cups of tea and read the steps to prepare the drink. I took it and left on a rainy day. When I got to the car, I found that the whole cup was filled with ice. It tasted terrible. What drink did I order? It was not worth buying. .
