After so many years coming to this same Dairy Queen location and getting my favorite blizzard Strawberry cheesecake with strawberry sauce/syrup as topping today for the first time they told me they can’t do that (never did) and they are not allowed to do it with the rudest attitude!!!They ended up doing it but blizzard wasn’t blizzard anymore the strawberry sauce/syrup was way too full and everywhere I didn’t even eat my ice cream afterwards because it was messy and melted.I went home looked at their website just to verify and guess what? I CAN ORDER A BLIZZARD WITH STRAWBERRY SYRUP!!!!Never coming back to this location, the staff is not friendly AT ALL and they don’t even empathize with the customer needs.

I’ve been coming here for years, and I mean quite some time, and unfortunately this will be my last time at this DQ location.This has been my first ever formal complaint out to DQ, and I am honestly shocked at the service I received today.I place a mobile order through the app, one lady hands me the drink. As I’m filling it up, another woman accuses me of stealing the drink as I’m filling it up, and not to mention she’s got a nasty attitude as well. Paying customers getting accused of stealing by DQ employees, wow. Sorry DQ, although your food is decent, you won’t ever be seeing me back here again.

The food is tasty and satisfying, and the portions are generous.
Every time I go through the drive-through I am always so grateful because I have questions about the treats, and they’re always answered by the staff. The staff are always so willing to help and they’re very kind people.

Treats people like garbage. Ordered and got charged for a medium blizzard but was given a mini size. Told the employee that I ordered a medium but they argued that I ordered a mini. After checking the receipt, we confirmed that I paid for a medium. I asked for the blizzard to be put in a medium cup but they told me I had to take two mini sized cups because they already made one in a mini. Normally it wouldn’t be a big deal but I had a lot of stuff to carry and I didn’t want to add two mini cups. It’s minor but it’s the little things that impact your experience. You made a mistake. And now I have to compromise by taking two mini cups when I paid and ordered a medium.
