Food was great. Very tasty and meaty beef. We had the Premium beef combo B which was approx $35/person but you didn't have to think what to order. Surprised at how good the food is and how much they give you. Wayyyy more than enough food!

Terrible experience ever! I came back to HWARO after few months. The past experience was great so I decided to revisit.We ordered combo menu, but the rice was not provided, soup was not cooked, side dish was overcooked, and the main dish was over seasoned. Overall service was terrible, even our main sever did not bring a drink menu after requested, so we had to look for the menu on online.Please be advised to train your employee on how to provide a proper customer service. We told our server that our rice was missing, and he asked if we want it now when we were about to pay.최악의 경험. 직원 교육 및 주방 단속 제대로 좀 해주세요.

Nov 2021Standard dropped in food and service, only 1 server and she cannot cope, therefore affecting customer service. Toilet cannot make it - no soap, when informed the manager, she just topped up with diluted soap, the dispenser is worn out and still using it - how much money and effort it takes to replace a new one and top up with actual soap? The toilet is dated and could use a spruce up - stain on toilet bowl. A good restaurant is not limited to taste and quality of food, it also involves service and dining experience and cleanliness. Therefore I rate this restaurant 1-star.

Very nice family restaurant with great atmosphere. Quality of food, dishes variety and BBQ meats is very high and lovely. Service is nice and friendly even if there is busy hours. Kid’s friendly. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely meal here last night. They were close to closing, but accommodated us. They even had to let us in, as the mall entrances were locked afterhours. The cuts of meat were great and plentiful. The dipping sauce/seasoning on the side was minimalistic, but perfect. My overall positive experience was bolstered by their stellar service. The servers were gracious and attentive our entire visit. I look forward to coming back!

Servers were kind. They greeted us and were friendly throughout our visit. I felt that they could have checked in on us a bit more, as we had to call her several times to change the Grill and get more Banchan.We ordered the premium beef combo. The meat was pretty good and serving size was decent. However, the appetizer (dumplings, pancakes) felt like they were microwaved. The dumplings were still cold. And the pancakes were not crispy, they were limp. The stew had two pieces of tofu. The real shocker was the dessert. Wasn't sure if that was supposed to be a creme Brule but it was more like a thin piece of cooked egg on the bottom with a whole bunch of blueberries piled on top. Honestly, it would be better if they just didn't have the dessert as part of the menu.Overall, everything but the meat was really unimpressive. I hope they at least check the temperature next time they heat up their frozen dumplings. Will not be coming back again.

First time writing google review. Been here 4 times hoping to receive better service somedays but no luck and won't try again. Food was okay but their service was always so bad. Took us 10 mins to get the menu. Waitress never come to our table and I had to get up and go to the front each time I need something. Food came very late even though it's not so busy and they forgot to bring sauce and utensil. The rice suppose come with the food in the beginning came when we finished all our food and about to pay. They said they forgot about it and wondered why they have 2 rice bowls sitting on their kitchen.Paying close to hundred dollor meal and can't believe got this kind of service.
I came again days after first try. Great food, great environment, reasonable price. For sure worth a try if you haven't yet.

Just simply looking at the take out packaging, you can tell how they care for their customers. The soup bowls are carefully wrapped to prevent any spills and food were neatly presented after we brought it home. This is one of the most well made food and caring restaurants I've tried.

I love the atmosphere and look of the place. It offers a lot of seat and some space. Not the a fan of the K-Pop music playing but it's not that big of a dealThe prime AAA beef was fantastic and the price is on the higher end as expected for such quality. The spicy pork is fine but a bit tricky to cook and little much marinating. The dipping is not too impressive as well as the side dish but they are free so it's fine. Also side rice is free so my asian brain is fulfilled.The employee was super friendly and nice. Also he's kinda cute ?. Quite satisfied so I will give it 5 stars in good faith

We ordered the combo b and it was really good. The meat cuts and accompanying dishes were great! We ordered 3 of them and was more than enough. Also, even though the place was short staffed when we went, the waitress was really attentive and really good. The only thing to point out is that the restaurant is located inside a shopping mall that closes way earlier therefore the staff has to let you in if you come after hours.
