Soggy, unseasoned and cold fries. Runny as water gravy... Dumped the gravy out scared if someone peed or did something to it. Ordered a big family meal with 3 large fries, bucket of chicken, 2 large salads and large gravy. Almost $80.00!! Ordered for a big family of 6... Complained to the feedback and received an offer for a free, SMALL popcorn chicken. NO THANK YOU!!! Thank goodness we have Po*-Eyes Chicken, Ch*rch's Chicken, Mary Br*wns, and Go-G* Chicken in the neighborhood!!!! Never ever again will I order from here! What a shame!! Close down already.. (some) terrible staff, lazy cleanliness, bad/cold food, expensive and terrible wait times! Why are you open? By charging $80.00 for a family meal to non-expectant, first time consumers?? It’s one thing to change for proper carry out bags but to charge for a simple paper bag to contain the food? What’s next? Charge for napkins by the sheet? Charge for salt packets? Charge for heat, otherwise get it cold? You guys are ridiculous.

Unacceptable!! Staff always has attitude. WHOS TRAINING THEM? With the exception of probably one person. They messed up my order not once but twice when they can just simply take once second to relook over my receipt to double check everything is in there. The lady with the black head covering would seem to favour talking to her coworker then attend to the people waiting in line and begin laughing. I paid for a paper bag which is fine but she proceeded to point at some sheet and in a lecture style throw attitude at me just because I was earlier asking the price differences between thighs and legs. Afterwards upon receiving my meal they classified it as dine in when I wanted it to go. The man proceeded to get angry at me as he was coming back from his break insisting that I needed to pay 25 cents for a bag again RIDICULOUS. WHERES THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION? Service was slow but I didn’t mind it as it was close to closing like within an hour.

When my order showed ready to pick up, i came in 10mins later and they told me they gave to others and i had to wait another 15mins! Without any apologies, the staff even blamed me that i didn’t come on time. Online order is for saving time but not in this store at all. Unacceptable service altitude.
Came here to get the favourites box for one. It included a poutine and it’s disgusting. Went back to get another one, they tried to give me a bag of fries instead. I said no, I want a poutine. They made another one for me but it wasn’t any better than the first one. It tasted like sand in your mouth. Will never come back.

As far as I know, The City of Coquitlam doesn't have a paper bag fee requirement yet this KFC charges one and quotes city bylaws that do not exist in Coquitlam. This makes this fee a straight money grab. Shame on you. Will not be returning to this location.
