Best happy lamb location. Even though I live near the other ones I’ll always make the trip out to the Coquitlam location. Self serve food, quick service and fountain drinks are now included. Although I wish they still had mussels and the lamb shanks ?

It’s quite an amazing all you can eat buffet experience here for a great price for what you get. After premium add ons and beer, our group bill still cost less than $50.00 per person. First, fountain drinks are included in the base buffet price and self serve. Second, they have a hot food bar with ayce chicken wings that tasted crispy and delicious, chow mein, spring rolls, and dessert sesame balls. Just from the soda and hot food bar, you can already have a decent satisfying meal but that’s only the beginning. They have two large commercial open fridges similar to Big Way Hot Pot, except here it’s ayce, and you take a tray and select all the ingredients you want in self serve fashion, and bring it to your table to cook. The sauce bar here is also complimentary and included in the price. You can also order some sliced meats and other items a la carte that are also part of the ayce menu.The broths are not included in the price and range from about $9.99 each or you can pick 2 for $11.99. One pot is easily big enough to share among up to 6 people.Last, you finish your meal off with a complimentary, tasty bubblegum flavoured popsicle. The service was kind and fantastic. A great meal.

Would not be going to this location again if we can’t trust what is being served to us. The waiter made a special water based broth for us without beef and pork the second time we went. So I appreciate his honesty and diligence to help. But I still have trust issues now and will not be returning.Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options for broth.Dietary restrictions: They don’t cater to dietary restrictions.
From all hotpots I know, this is my favorite. Price, taste, and service couldn't be better. All you can eat with premium meat upgrade available too.I prefer this Happy lamb specifically than other locations because you can serve yourself just the right amount for you. Also there is a hot bar with wings, sesame balls and other delicious foods. (Wings are great here, I was surprised)There are so many veggies and meats that you will need to come back more than once!Vegetarian options: Plenty of options!!Parking: The free parking is basically the one at the mall, entrance is around the corne.

The ingredients and taste are pretty good and cost-effective, but the service is average. Except for the first time the food was served and when the bill was approaching, I was never ignored. However, I was enthusiastic towards the two consecutive groups of non-Asian guests who came to the table next to me. I would take the initiative to refill drinks and ask questions, and I felt that I was being treated differently.
