There are numerous small fragments of fries in the box from New York Fries, and when I inquired about it, they explained that it's just how they're made. It might be preferable to find your fries elsewhere rather than from New York Fries.

Bought $7.50 hotdog fully loaded absolutely disgusting.Cheese was squeezed out of a plastic container once again disgusting, bun feel apart, weiner was hard like a puck, cold, no mustard, ketchup or onions. Will never go there again.

No complaints about the food, but when I went to Coquitlam Center today the New York Fries was closed permanently. I think it needs to be updated on the internet so people don’t show up expecting it to be open.

First and last try eating here, ordered simple fries pretty hard to mess up but they managed it. Taste is OK and not super salty which is good, but for fresh fries they where super soggy and limp like a 80 year old man without his viagra.

Friend told me it had good poutine so I went. Okay poutine, nothing amazing but tasty- but service was a bit iffy. When I recieved it I realized it didnt come with gravy so asked about it and they told me extra cost, so i went back to my table where my friend decided to pay it and brought the tray back. But then they told HER that it was free?? Don't know if it was the same employee. Doesn't really matter, but they would have actually charged me if i brought my card with me. They seem hyper to charge for everything (similar experience when ordering), would not go again.Its an ok place as long as you try not to interact with service and dont add extra at all (drinks, sides, etc.) Read the menu well!
If you ever want pay to get ignored, visit this location. Four employees just talking chilling, no one ready to take order. I visit couple of Times, Have Never heard Hi from the cashier. I don’t understand Are not they willing to serve or customers are not supposed to visit.
