Ordered pizza, we was told it would be 50 minutes max, so add another 20 minutes told Driver that it was late he got his panties in a knot and all flustered and said we have no time limit !, alright paid him and wirh 15% tip pizza was barely luke warm and also dough tasted awful and the pineapples was old and dryCalled and asked for replacement and, it was honored at the call center then the location denied itAustin and mariner location coquitlamThere performance score of 3.5 that explains it allCalled the call center following day and they gave a credit and apologizes for that locationThank you

I go to this location specifically because they are generous with the sauce and toppings, which I expect because panago charges more per pizza in comparison to other pizza shops. The pizza is consistently fresh and delicious and I will keep on coming to this location as opposed to other locations for that reason.

Papago Austin Pizza provided the worst experience. They sent the wrong pizza after 50 minutes. Pizza was cold as hell on top and when I requested a remake through the head office, the store owner, a Chinese lady, called me within 5 minutes and started yelling, even calling me a liar.Extremely disappointing service.

They will take your money for every extra topping you place and actually not give you the topping you asked for.I saw the person working there literally touch the cash money and go back to make the pizza without washing his hands first!! Super gross.Do not bother to order from this location. They have zero care for customer service.

Karen is always available for great substitution suggestions as she bought the place due to panago quality and freshness.Try the Sriracha hot honey.

Been ordering from them for years, but the last time I ordered it took them over an hour and 20 minutes to deliver the pizza. I called and let them know that the pizza was cold. Customer service gave me a credit for the pizza. But guess what I'm pick up only now. So they are punishing me for letting them know that the pizza was cold. Found out by customer service and was told they don't care the store can do what ever they want. Lesson is if they screw up your order and you call them on it they will change your status to pick up only.

I recently visited this Panago Pizza location in Coquitnam and was blown away by the quality of the food and service. The pizzas were cooked to perfection. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the overall dining experience a pleasure. I highly recommend place.
