I was there tonight and was very disappointed. I think their chef has changed because the food was very different than before. Not much flavour, soup was cold and the extra vegetables were served on the side instead of inside the soup.

We ordered from here and there was a mistake with our order. The staff was incredibly nice and took ownership of the mistake and even gave us free spring rolls as I picked up our correct order. And the spring rolls were some of the best I’ve ever had!Mistakes happen but I really respect the way they dealt with it. Food was great and definitely became a loyal customer. We will be coming back soon for sure

UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I order beef ball pho and waiter brought me Rare beef soup. I told her this is not my order, and she was very impolite way to convince me that was my order. She was so brutal and her face was so angry.

Food is always good here. The staff was great . I've been here several times and would definitely come back . I had the bun bo hue. This is a popular vietnamese soup. it's not pho. it's a spicy pork soup . I do recommend trying this if you feel adventurous.

The cashier lady was being a jerk. I told her my name when I went to pick up my food. She asked to look at my ubereat order. After I showed her my order from my phone, she asked for my name again. I have never experienced this at other restaurants. We will not return again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. When paying, the lady CHOSE MY TIPPING OPTION. While my friend was trying to pay, the lady there was staring at the tip input, and PIN. When my friend selected no tip, she aggressively asked for a tip. My friend's card declined so I payed instead. I was going to tip but before handing me the card machine, she already selected a tip option. At the time I assumed she selected no tip as my friend picked the no tip option when trying to pay. Later when I looked at my receipt, I noticed she tipped herself. Not only was she was rude and pretty much stole from us, we are KIDS. She decided to take advantage of CHILDEREN for a few extra dollars. The visit would have been enjoyable if not for this lady.

On a HOT Vancouver afternoon. Spring rolls ( best by far) with shredded vegetables on rice noodles. With a cafe su-da!Drip espresso on ice sweetened with condensed mill. You'll enjoy!

Ordered takeout over the phone, super quick and easy. Ordered the house special (one size only) and the portion was amazing! I was able to eat half and saved the rest for later.Friendly service - as soon as I walked in, a young gentleman greeted me and as I left he sent a farewell. The food was good hours later heated up but Im sure if I dined in or ate it while hot it’d be even better. Only downside was there was no hot sauce in the bag.

Used to be a go to place for their lemon grass pork slices and rice. However, feels like they have changed their recipe in the past years. Gave it a few tries over a span of a few months but consistent disappoint. The pork slices aren't as flavourful nor saucy as it was before. Cuts are fairly thick and also alot less meat provided now.The recipe for their fried spring roll has also changed. Not sure sure if my husband and I like the changes but it's not bad.Pho is still pretty good. Tasty broth. Beef stew noodles - the beef can be tough and not as flavourful as before.Fast service

Kudos to this place, I ordered a large spicy beef and it was a humongous bowl. I only finished half considering that I was so hungry. The broth was really good. The only downside was the place is a bit tiny so if you go on dinner time it gets so busy.

Meat portion not the most I've seen around and no meatballs in their house special, but their large bowl is quite a hefty portion of noodles and soup. Great spring rolls too.
