The cashier was very respectful. The barista got our orders perfectly. I think her name was Shelia. Please give her a raise for her hard work!! It was also very clean there, and the ambiance was relaxed, and not rushed.

Every time I’ve went there they were always “out of stock” on the things I wanted to order. Wasn’t even a complicated order. I understand that it’s a small establishment, there’s not a lot of stock, but I would really appreciate it if anything can be done for this problem. It’s very cute and convenient, I’d love to be able to stop by and receive what I wanted.

Not a Starbucks guy but on this occasion while my wife had to duck into Safeway to buy cigarettes like the good husband I am I grabbed us a couple of coffees while I waited patiently.While I wasn't entirely sure what coffee order my wife wanted the young lady making the coffees was extremely helpful and was able to translate what the order was.A very pleasant experience and a little disappointing I wasn't able to leave the team today a nice tip!Thanks ladies! ☕ ?

Sometimes the ingredients run out, so there are fewer options I don't think there's lemonade every time I go It's a big drawback that I can't choose many options as a customer And it takes a long time We waited 15 minutes for iced latte and refresher There were only three teams in front of us There are friendly staff and there are unfriendly staff They need to take care of materials and subsidiary materials And it tastes different from other Starbucks I ordered London Pog last time, but it wasn't good

Google says they close at 8pm weekdays. But the barista said they close at 7:30pm. And they have no drip coffee at 6:30pm, so basically they close at 6:30pm. Don't bother with any of the Starbucks inside Safeways, they're all gross and close way earlier than the posted time (New West Stn one is the same).

Why is it that safeway starbucks employees can't make a drink right, ever. She wasted 2 shots of espresso and dumped 2 cups of oat milk just making my drink. It was absolutely horrible. The oatmilk was gone bad because the drink smelled and tasted rotten. I ended up bringing it to another Starbucks, and they were so kind to make me a proper new one. At least give the drinks at a discount at safeway because they are clearly new and know nothing about drinks.

This Starbucks has a kiosk-style layout with a few tables and chairs for customers to sit and enjoy their drinks. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the service is fast except when it is very busy. The menu and selection are standard for Starbucks, with seasonal and promotional items available from time to time. The drinks are always well-made and consistent with the Starbucks quality. The prices are reasonable for the products and service offered. The only downside is that this Starbucks can get busy and crowded, especially during peak hours, and there may be a long line up to order or pick up your drink. Overall, this Starbucks is probably one of the more convenient and reliable Starbucks. We order a simple Americano or a cold brew but it still is not the same as other Starbucks branches. The working hours are also completely inconsistent and you need to rely on chance if you want to take your coffee after 5pm.

I go to Starbucks to order a iced caramel Machiatto. I wanted to order using my card on the app but my phone died. The batista added $10 to the card before I ever paid! Then my phone dies insists that I pay the $10. So I said you should be receiving payment before adding the $10. So the person overlooking her corrected it and gossiped what happened to the other person making my drink and again caught them staring too! They made that hassle for themselves by adding money before I paid! Plus they didn't even tell me if the points would still be counted for if I just paid the $10! If the computer system wasn't so slow I would have completed the transaction before my phone died!!!It's weird how someplace u have to scan twice and others u don't. U can load and pay with 1 scan! But a lot of starbucks employees don't make this a convenience for the customer ?I even had to remind that I wanted a dome top so the caramel doesn't stick even when it's written on the cup!Yesterday they got caramel all over the outside of the cup and didn't clean it. Somehow it got on my clothes. It was so embarrassing to walk around with it.

Navigated here by google maps. I try to avoid the grocery store Starbucks because they tend to be under staffed and I found my wait time goes up over 400%. Staff are working hard and are courteous but they don't appear to be equipped for success.Their payment machine had issues.(Maybe it's on dial up? Lol)

Horrible location.Had a big order and a lot of issues:- one item had milk residue at the bottom of the cup, bad milk (it was soy)- one item had a piece of plastic inside the drink- one item had a piece of the cup lid broken which caused it to spill all over at first sip.
