Place is newly renovated and clean. Food how ever, seems like they've instructed to add minimum possible ingredients to order to keep your job. They became so stingy every time you went!Anyway, for a quick bite not bad, the place is clean and organized.Also free parking is available

This location was recently renovated, and the work done is a vast improvement over the previous design. The inside feels clean now. It looks welcoming. It looks modern.The only thing somewhat surprising is there are only two tables and chairs available. I can imagine a lack of seating being a problem during the busy times- compared to what they had before, there is less seating now.The staff appeared to be happy and proud of the new renovations as well. The staff was friendly, talkative, and pleasant to engage with.Parking: Very few parking stalls available during the late afternoon and evening.

Well, It took a lot of time for just a cup of tea. No one standing in front bar. when I accidentally spilled tea and asked for tissue paper no one show up. Worst service I have ever been out of many branch.

This awful place had a woman hang up the phone when I asked if they had a certain beverage there. I thought maybe it was a mistake so I called again and again she hung up on me. How rude!!!

I went into this location today to try and redeem a promo on the subway app. Unfortunately I was not able too but the employee Bawan was very helpful in the process. He tried his hardest to help me figure it out and was very apologetic when it wouldn’t work. This app problem had nothing to do with him but he still was as helpful as he could be. This makes you realize that apps can’t replace good customer service. I can honestly say this is among the best customer service I have had at a restaurant in years. I don’t know if this man is part of management but if he isn’t he should be. 5 stars and I haven’t even tried the food yet.

The worst customer service I have ever seen , super rude and disrespectful staff ! We ordered rice bowl and without telling us that she’s out of rice (the main ingredient) she just gave us a bunch of veggies! When I ask for rice she said I’m out of rice!!!! I was like ok but we ordered rice! Why you didn’t say In the beginning?!! And she was like you don’t understand what I say and I don’t have time for this!!!!! I mean what kind of language it is?!!!!!! Usually when there’s something missing in the order people apologize and try to make it up !!!! She was super rude , it’s vital to train staff for basic customer service which is obviously not a thing in here!!! I’m so disappointed ??

Employees are fantastic, but...... The guy who owns the place (Brad) is terrible, the way he talks to his employees, and comes in with the "I am a higher human being than you" vibes. He also destroyed my wrap cares very little for customer service, he just wants to fill his pockets with money. Last time I'm going to any location owned by this scumbag!
